I really liked them. They were professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. The prices are high but, the quality is really good. It is small and does not look like a hardware store. It is a showroom. I would use them again.

I am a plumbing contractor and go to Chown whenever I am on the eastside and need really nice stuff for a customer. Thay have an amazing selection of Excellent quality plumbing fixtures and valves in addition to their anazing selection of drawer pulls door harddware etc. The only thing that beats their selection is their service. Everyone there is friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. I've been plumbing professionally for over 16 years and consider Chown Hardware to be one of my most important contacts. All that and they have a Toto Washlet seat in their restroom!

Mr. Moser has helped me at least three times in the last few years finding hard to get parts for my customer's faucets. Not only is he incredibally knowledgable regarding faucets and valves...his relationships with the manufacturers has proven to be invaluable. He has proven to be an invaluable part of my business and I count on him whenever I have a part needed from a high end manufacturer. I have been doing residential plumbing service for over 16 years and finding people like Mr. Moser has proven to be my most valuable resource. When you (The homeowner) call a professional...that professional will probably wind up calling Mr Moser at Chown Hardware in Bellevue. Thank You Doug for all your great service over the years! I needed only one drawer pull. Doug, the salesman, recognized it immediately located it in the catalog. Since we were in a big time crunch (last minute fix-up prior to selling our high end home), he called around until he located it someplace closer and faster than the factory. They had it shipped to their store for speed and then hand delivered the item to my door. All this for one $10 handle. I am very impressed and shocked at the high quality and friendliness of service. I'm sorry I only discovered them a week before leaving the area.

The price was 1500 dollars for the sink and the faucet, and we got a discount $400.00. They were very good. We went back several times. They were very patient when we were making up our mind on what we wanted. The things were ready on time when our contractor needed it. I am very pleased with them. They have a huge selection.

Mark was very knowledgeable and friendly in assisting me with entry door hardware. The showroom offers a wide selection. If you're looking for high end hardware for your front door, you should check them out.
