ery poor experience. Paid top dollar for gas fireplace cleaning and inspection. But unit stopped working 3 days after service! Been sitting in the cold all winter. After 4 weeks attempting to contact them, they finally sent technician back to re-inspect, and promised a repair estimate. It did not come. Inquired, and only after another 3 weeks did I get an estimate for $2300 additional work. Will not follow up with a company that is so unprofessional. A price of $489 must cover more than 75 minutes of a technician's time. While it seemed high, I accepted that price because I was assured professional service, completed promptly and satisfactorily. That is not what I received. Many other companies offer cleaning and inspection for $100-200. For $489 I expected at least an accurate inspection the first time, without my having to repeatedly pester them just to get a response. I expect a refund for services not performed, but after repeated attempts to contact them I'm getting nowhere. Will have to pursue other avenues of redress. Wish I'd never hired these guys.
