It was and still is a nightmare. The crew was very helpful and polite. Workmanship was sloppy. Owner very unprofessional. They applied a PVC material without giving us notice that they have never used this type of material before. After first installation all the dust from the ceiling, roof, and nails was showing inside of our house. Wrong flashing mounted, windows cracked after second PVC layer our roof has a tarp (from the Roof For Life company as a repair) caulking is sloppy etc. By the way our roof is still leaking. It is a night mare. The repair: after it poured in before Christmas Dec. 2006 they came, but now end of Feb. 2007 the tarp is still the repair job, I have called and emailed the owner several times after that. The insurance company he had at that time brought out a specialist who highly reimbursed us for the poor craftsmanship of the job. We did not lie or try to trick them.

"INTO EACH LIFE SOME RAIN MUST FALL BUT THESE WERE THE CUSTOMERS FROM HELL. THEY LIED AND TRIED TO TRICK US - THEY KNEW THEY HAD SEVERE ROT AND LEAK PROBLEMS IN A SECOND ROOF BELOW THE VISIBLE TOP ROOF BUT NEVER MENTIONED THIS. WHEN WE REMOVED THE TOP LAYER AND DISCOVERED THE MASSIVE PROBLEMS UNDERNEATH, THEY SAID "GOTCHA! NOW YOU NEED TO REPLACE ALL THE ROT FOR FREE." WE BROUGHT EXPERT CONSULTANTS OUT AT OUR EXPENSE AND GAVE A HUGE DISCOUNT ON THE PRICE TO SETTLE THE MATTER WITH THE HOMEOWNER; THEN HIS WIFE WENT BACK ON HER HUSBAND'S AGREEMENT WITH US. WE REFUSE TO HAVE ANY FURTHER DEALINGS WITH SUCH A DISHONEST CUSTOMER - AS LONG TIME REPUTABLE CONTRACTORS, IN BUSINESS SINCE 1987, WITH HUNDREDS OF HAPPY AND SATISFIED CUSTOMERS, WE DO NOT DESERVE THIS KIND OF ABUSE. BY THE WAY, THE MATTER WAS INVESTIGATED BY THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, WHICH RULED IN OUR FAVOR."
