Cavaliere Construction Co LLC

The guys at Cavaliere Construction Co. LLC found the source and remedied the problem, making our livingroom walls better than new. They were on time every day, efficiently managing their time here, and completed the job in a friendly, highly professional manner. I simply cannot say enough to communicate how great they are. Our HOA will hire them again to complete further repairs to our building.

I Contacted Cavalier at the start and discussed with them that I had a busy out of state travel schedule and wanted to get a contract agreed to before I left town so materials could be ordered and the job started on the week of June 23rd when I got back into town. Cavalier said at that time they could meet that schedule. Cavalier promptly sent their Project Manager to my home to discuss the job with me. Project Manager provided me with proposed contract to do the work. We made minor changes and agreed upon the contract. Project manger came by and picked up tile samples so they could order the tile or provide alternative to the tile samples. He promised to return my samples but my tile samples were never returned. I asked the Project Manager to stop by to pick up advanced payment to do the job in the last 3 days before I left town. Project Manger finally said that he would stop by at noon on the last day before I left town. He said that he stopped by at noon on the last day before I left town. I was at home waiting for him but I never saw him. I was upset and called him and suggested he stop by on his way home that evening. He said he would not do that. By email he said to send the advance payment by mail. I was concerned but wanted to get the bathrooms remodeled so I sent advance payment to Cavalier by bill payment through my bank. Cavalier said they returned my payment, advised me the project manager no longer worked for the company and they could no longer do my job. I never received the letter or the returned check. I had to contact my bank to put a stop payment on the check to Cavalier to get my money back. Consequently I had to start over, get new tile samples and am in the process of getting bids from new contractors.

Rick, the owner, makes sure things get done correctly, he follows up quickly whenever we call, and his employees are knowledgeable and do good work.

They had an excellent quality of work, the owner had a hands on approach, and he was very responsive to any questions or concerns that I had. Ultimately, they did a great job, and I'd highly recommend their services.

Had Cavalier replace original contractor. Re-did much work and completed a beautifully finished home.
