Greg has helped us take care of our house for the last four years.  He is quick to respond and solve the problem, especially in an emergency such as when our roof leaked. He is willing to help with both big and small jobs and manages the repairs as cost effectively as possible.  Even when the problem  is complex and baffling other professionals Greg has the ability to analyze the source of the problem.  This occurred when our pantry in the kitchen leaked after a rain on July 4th.  It turned out that the leak came from the roof but it was not obvious that this was the source of the leak  and Greg correctly diagnosed the problem, got a roofer involved, and his analysis held up and we received some help for the repairs from our insurance company.   On another occasion, after we got a new roof, we noticed dripping coming down one outside wall. Greg was instrumental in our understanding that the venting pipe was damaged in replacing the roof and the furnace was venting under the eaves inside the house and condensing and draining down the wall.  Several people looked at the problem over a number of months and offered various opinions. Greg had been right all along.  We continue to be very satisfied with Greg’s work.
