Can?t say enough about the professionalism and detailed work of these guys. Not only did install our hardwood floors they also installed our French Doors and a new front door!
When installation of the floors began, they quickly identified an issue with the millwork of the hardwoods (they we improperly cut), stopped work, and told us so could immediately determine the next steps. Once we determine what we wanted to do, they worked with us to return the old hardware floors, then install the new ones (over the weekend!) so that we could keep our install moving forward! We had one complaint about a visible piece of hardwood and they easily removed and replaced it with a much better piece of wood.
In addition, in only a matter of hours, they beautifully installed trim in all rooms required according to our specifications!
We highly recommend using Callison for hardwood installation!
