There were two chair cushions, for which I paid about $100 each. I had difficulty getting a time commitment, but eventually was told to expect the cushions about the first of August. They were ready mid-August. The slip cover experience was not good. It was several weeks late from the date I was told to expect it. I gave them the old slip cover to use as a pattern, and they lost it, necessitating a trip to my house to pick up the couch for fitting. I didn't receive anything for the lost slip cover - barely an apology - which was in good condition and made of a fine fabric from Italy that I had hoped to use again. When the couch was delivered the delivery person insisted on installing the slip cover, and tore a cushion cover in the process. I was told the cushion would be replaced by a date a few days in the future - a date that passed not only without a cushion, but without any communication. Now, a few months later, the velcro closure on some of the cushions has peeled off - the company used adhesive velcro that of course isn't holding on nappy upholstery fabric.
