The following is just my opinion. My initial response when they were first hired to manage our building was good; because of their friendliness. However, we are a small unit building and owners participate in some of the buildings updates, repairs, etc. We mostly need a management to make sure areas are checked monthly, the accounting and in case of an emergency take charge and keep the buildings interest in mind (not the management co) I was disappointed and this is just my observation.

When I call them; so far their response has been good. I take care of rentals myself and grew up learning how to take care of or find someone who can fix things that go wrong. Brink has done good so far and seems to be working well with our HOA .

Excellent!  The fast response from my property managers at Brink Property are so wonderful to work with.  They respond immediately and with care and I haven't received that type of service in years from MacPherson Property Management.  I would recommend Kay Bishop and Dylan Foggitt at Brink Property Management to anyone who wants excellent property management care.

They take care of my Condo and treat it like it was theirs. Brink is a total service. The conduct
Semi-annual maintenance inspections, are prompt when repairs are needed and communicate
With the renters monthly. They handle lease renewals and have found new
Tenants when needed. Their management team is second to none.
My life is less stressful thanks to Brink.

Brink has been managing my properties for over a year now. If you're looking for a team to take over all the difficult stuff involved with managing a property, this is the team. They handle tenants, contractors, and anything else that comes up. Kay at Brink has been my contact from day 1, and she and her team have done so well managing the property that I basically just collect my checks from them every month....and I don't even do anything with that because they send me the money automatically every month. Great service, very professional.

Brink Property Management charged 7% of the rental. We have used them since the mid '90s. About every 6 months they go to the property and take pictures, walk through the property, and send me a report on the status and everything. It has been really easy. If there is something that breaks they take care of it. They take care I am a long distance property owner. I don't have to find anyone to take care of things they just do it. I have been pretty happy with them and the only reason I quit using them was that I moved back into the rental house. They would be As across the board.
