First of all I want to state that I own a Staging + Design Company and I am not a homeowner giving a review. That said, if there is one professional that can rate another it is a Stager rating a Realtor. Believe me we see it all. We have staged for Kathy Madsen with Brazen Sotheby's International approximately 10 times. Her clients pay for the staging services not the Realtor. She always does a fabulous job on her clients behalf. I question clients after we remove the staging as to their happiness with their agent and Kathy Madsen gets only positive reviews. When I have a family member or friend selling or buying Real Estate she will definitely be my East Side go to Realtor. She provides excellent professional photography and brochures. You only get one chance to make a fabulous first impression with potential buyers and Kathy Madsen ensures that you receive it.
