I can unequivocally recommend BLC Remodeling! After meeting with Ben and discussing our options, we were presented with a very reasonable cost proposal. We got bids from 3 other contractors but we sensed red flags with those guys so choosing BLC was easy. Importantly when the job was completed on time and on schedule, there were no surprises and no inflated costs for the changes that were decided on. In fact the costs were lower than I even would have expected. When it comes to a bath remodel, these guys are talented, creative and meticulous. I liked that they do the greater majority of the work themselves and not to many subs are in the picture. The guys (Ben, Bob and George) showed up at 8:30 sharp every day and hustled all day. Every interaction was pleasant and cheerful! When issues came up as they always do, whether it was a minor decision to be made or a super important decision, it was always brought to our attention up front so that we would make the right choices. The guys are energetic not lazy so there was no such thing as cutting corners. Ben and George do beautiful work and customer satisfaction is a must. We are so very happy and thankful! We will surely contact BLC Remodeling in the near future for our next project.

BLC Remodeling did an outstanding job remodeling our master bathroom and updating other two bathrooms. Ben, the co-owner, responded promptly with our request for a bid with a detailed and competitive quote. Ben is very thorough and knowledgeable- he gave great suggestions and came up with creative solutions to accommodate all our requests. His meticulous preparation and attention to detail are obvious in final work. Ben and his team went out of their way to minimize disruptions for our family and the project was completed right on schedule. They exceeded our expectations in every single way! I worked with BLC on a full floor remodel including kitchen, fireplace and powder room. BLC stood out from others in terms of their friendly attitude, creative suggestions, pride in their workmanship and enthusiasm in getting things done on time. I had worked with them on a bathroom remodel prior to this project. I was so impressed by their work and honesty that I didn’t bother to get bids from anyone else for this project. Even before the project started Bogdan was patient with my ideas for the kitchen and gave good feedback that shaped the final design. Many of his suggestions also ended up saving us a good bit of money. Bogdan’s contacts for materials like countertops, glass etc had good variety and the bids we got through them were amongst the lowest. As with all big remodels there were a few unforeseen issues once the demo was done. Bogdan and Zoli found clever solutions for every one of them. Bogdan kept in close touch with me on any decisions and updated me with pictures of the progress when I wasn’t around. Every crew member from BLC who came to the house was polite, hard working and showed up on time. Towards the end of the project we ended up adding a few more things. Even though Bogdan was starting on another project after mine he found time to squeeze in the additions and get it all done on time. Its been 6 months since the work was complete and I am happy to report that the changes have held up well. I would not hesitate to go with BLC on my next remodelling project.

Having lived in our home for 20+ years with several poor remodeling experiences under out belt, we were very hesitant to move forward with a much-needed master bathroom remodel. We originally found BLC Remodeling on Angie’s List with numerous glowing reviews. Other sites echoed these reviews, so we decided to engage with George to determine if we found a good fit for our project. Our initial meeting went very well, and his flexibility and creativity were just what we required to bring our vision to life. George offered to coordinate a site visit with a current project, which we accepted and were very impressed by the work being done at the site as well as the feedback of the homeowner. The quote provided was very clear, well documented, and very competitive with others received. The project began as committed and managed in a very professional manner. George and his team were very respectful of our home, worked hard to minimize disruptions to our life, and cleaned up after themselves daily. George was very communicative throughout the project, keeping us informed of materials required, hurdles encountered, and the impact of changes to the project on our quote. As would be expected issues were encountered, there were starts and stops, but they were all handled professionally. Flexibility was a key requirement of our project, and George and his team delivered on that requirement. The project was completed as committed and there were no hidden surprises or billings. There were a few lagging items that required attention, and George and his team gladly worked with us to address these items. All in all, we were very pleased with the work done by BLC Remodeling, would definitely use them for future projects, and highly recommend them for others looking to have work done. Ben is absolutely amazing. He was on time and on budget. His communication is incredible and he pays attention to the details. He understood what I wanted and was wonderful to work with. I had heard aweful stories of contractor experiences so I went into the project with a bit of a guard up thinking some of those things might come true...we’ll they didn’t. I cant say enough wonderful things about Ben and the work, he was tidy, trustworthy, great communication and on and on.

Ben (Bogdan) and his team are rockstars on kitchens. You truly get what you pay for. We’d gotten 4 quotes, Ben was in the middle - we went with him because he was on-point with all the details and and an excellent communicator. We decided to use our own designer up front though I would note that BLC is one of the few outfits that can pull off both. Ben quoted 4-6 weeks and knocked it out of the park. He’s a great project manager and did everything he could to make the process transparent and simple. His crew was clean and helpful during the reno Which made our lives so much easier. I’d hire them again without hesitation.

After a few bad experiences with some other contractors in the area, BLC remodeling was a godsend. They are honest, meticulous, and punctual throughout the entire project. You will be hard pressed to find a better contractor in the area who is going to make sure that everything is done properly from start to finish and I would definitely use them again for any future remodeling. All the bathrooms were done exemplary, the team have a great attention to detail. The tiles align perfectly (the way I suggested) the grout lines are almost invisible (they used a great matching color). The accent wall in the master bathroom was done with 12x12 marble tile and it looks wonderful. The team helped me decide on the materials (tile, vanities, lights, faucets, shower set) and make great recommendations. The job has been done in a timely manner, I am extremely pleased with their professionalism and the quality. I highly recommend BLC Remodeling.

This was my first time remodeling with BLC. They turned out to be a professional, friendly and honest crew that does excellent work and stands behind their workmanship. People who have seen the remodeled bathroom have commented on the quality of the tile work above all else. Bogdan did the initial walkthrough and had good ideas for remodeling. His contacts for tile, glass etc turned out to be quality suppliers at reasonable prices. George and Grant who were onsite managed the project well, worked hard to stay on schedule and gave me a heads up of changes or absences well ahead. With two young kids at home on and off, having a predictable schedule helped a lot. Both Bogdan and George who jointly own the company have a good attention to detail, were open to new ideas and came up with little finishing touches that really completed the design. There was a minor issue a few weeks after the project was done which was expected given that this was an almost complete teardown and rebuild. BLC was very responsive in fixing it even though they were busy on their next project. I am meticulous about details and was expecting my first remodel to be quite stressful. This however turned out far smoother than I expected thanks mainly to the crew at BLC. This is a small family owned company that does quality work and I enjoyed working with them so much to trust them with my next remodeling project.

Bogdan and Zoli were great to work with. Bogdan guided us through the design and decision process. They were punctual and stayed on the estimated schedule. Bogdan was quick to communicate any changes in schedule or design plans. They took extra care in making sure our house stayed clean during the process, and were very respectful around us and our young kids. Our bathroom looks amazing, and would definitely hire BLC Remodeling again.

Projected for 2 weeks but took more like 4 as one of the workers became ill. Bogdan did a great job by coming in early, staying late, and working Saturdays to get it done. Delivered on a great project, at budget. Heated floor, steam shower, new vanity and medicine cabinets as well as overhead LED lighting. Bogdan gave a great tip on a tile place to go to, where we found a high-end granite remnant for the new countertop. Enjoyed work so much we added on a small deck remodel too.

It was a way better experience than I expected! We had been "prioritizing other things" for years before deciding to finally bite the bullet and remodel. BLC came to the rescue and did such amazing work, for a very reasonable cost in my opinion. The crew became almost like family to us - they're *that* friendly, personable, and professional. AND THEY ARE HONEST. They're not going to try to upsell or cheat you, and also will help guide you through the many decisions you need to make in these endeavors. They are also incredibly fun to have in your house for the extended period work like this typically takes. I obtained about 6 quotes for remodeling a small guest bathroom and a laundry room. BLC Remodeling's quotes was very competitive and more affordable compared with other quotes. Bogdan replied to my first phone call quickly and provided the estimate at a timely fashion. I picked BLC simply because of my budget and also their estimate project time was the shortest, and it turned out I made an excellent choice of going with them. John is the main guy doing the remodeling, with occasional help from Bogdan and George. All are very professional. John worked hard and very detailed oriented. John came in every day early except taking a day off on Sunday. At the end, I am very happy with the result, exactly and beyond what I want. Bogdan always returned my text msg fast, like within 1/2 hour. The whole project was completed on time, on budget. And I am not stressed at all. I have complete trust in them on their work ethics, skills & knowledge. Honest, trustworthy, accountable, highly recommend!!! I will definitely hire them again for other future remodel project in my house. Their goals are really to make the customers happy and fulfill their visions.

I am very happy for Bogdan's service. He is reliable, dependable and honest. I am very impressed with the quality of the work and attention to detail. Fireplace resurface was not even part of our original agreement. After the remodel I felt my old fireplace did not match with the modern look of my home. He resurfaced it. He did not even charge anything for it. Thumbs up.

Overall my wife and I are very pleased with our entire remodel. They were always on time, and very good at communicating along the way. We expected surprises when remodeling a home that was built in 1958, but BLC did a great job mitigating those surprises and helping guide us through the entire process. Most of our remodel, we lived through it at the house. They did a good job isolating the dust and making it possible for us to stay at the house. Most importantly, they finished the job on time.
