+ -1 moreAfter I found that my bank, BECU, was unresponsive on home loans, I contacted Best Mortgage. They were professional, responsive and were honest about the likelihood of me getting a loan through them. After getting everything together, they determined that because of new regulations (Dodd/Frank) it would be unlikely that they could secure a loan for me. Rather than string me along, they told me this right away and recommended me to a bank that actually holds it's own paper. That bank gave me a loan within 3 days. I really like the way Best Mortgage does business: and quot;If we can't help you, we'll point you to a company that can.and quot; I give them and Brian an A+ . . .
Description of Work: They tried to get me a loan for a vacation home.

+ -1 moreyour service says i have to check yes or no on use this provider again how would I know I am just trying to get them to talk to me and explain things so far no success.
Description of Work: not very responsive to questions here is copy of email I sent to them. The word (since you said what's the word) is I thought I could get a refinance with money dedicated to a new furnace and roof thereby house would appraise better. I did not get any info. from you just fill out this form is all you said you don't seem to want to answer any questions or do anything out of the ordinary. Just fill out the loan paper on line saves you time but does nothing to help explain my options or anything. It seems like you want me to apply for the loan and ask questions later. Is that what they teach in mortgage school??? I would like some sort of personal service, I was not impressed with the personal service I got from Quicken on current loan so I thought I would use someone local can you recommend someone who provides some level of personal service in the area?
