Beautifully done. He came and sanded it multiple times and he was able to match the stain and kitchen floor. He gave us a good price.

I was remodeling my home after having rented it out for over 10 years, and halfway through the project we decided to refinish the two ground floor bedrooms that had 1960's maple flooring in pretty bad shape, nearly no finish left at all, probably over 30 years or maybe even the original finish.  Daniel came over to look at the job and quote it - $600 for sanding and two coats of water based finish on the two bedrooms. 
His crew was able to come in within a few weeks and brought in their sanders and went to work.  After sanding, they filled the gaps and any nail holes, then sanded again.  Finish went down in two coats, and within a few days we were able to move stuff back in and re-install the base boards.  We had taken them off previously, but you can have them do it if needed.
I have used Daniel and his crew many times over the past several years, and recommended him to friends and clients.  He has always been responsive and professional, and the price is right and I am always happy with the quality.  Don't let the company name fool you, they work all over Seattle, not just Bellevue (all my projects have been on the Seattle side of the lake).

We couldn't be happier with the look of our wood floors!  Daniel and his team were very professional, responsive, and the quality of their work is top notch.  Daniel came by several extra times to make sure the mix of stain was perfect.  We were trying to match our white oak wood floor to the red oak floor in a connecting room, and Daniel created a perfect stain!  He worked really hard to make sure we were very happy, and we are!

He took my call personally and arrived punctually the next day to assess the floor. Because we had just purchased the house, we knew nothing of the history of how the floor was taken care of previously- only that it looked awful. He assessed the floors, told us how long he thought they would last and that the previous owners probably used the wrong vanish, too quickly and then tried to cover up the mistakes by adding more coats of something. He and his crew arrived the next week to sand and refinish the floors. He was present and monitored the whole project. He even came back 2 or 3 times over the drying process to make sure the final coats went on after everything was dried properly, instead of hurrying up the job.  A few days I noticed small spots in the finish . I called Daniel and he came over without any question. (A little back story - we were so hurried to get into the house that I had to schedule the carpet cleaners to come during the last day of the finish drying - a stupid idea thinking back on it) Daniel didn't blame me at all, said he wasn't sure that was the cause but overall  wanted to make sure I was happy.  When it took a few weeks for us to find a good date,  he followed up to make sure he could finish the project.  On Monday, he buffed and refinished the floors for us without asking for anything extra. And he is a very kind patent man to boot!
So happy with the work! My floors look amazing and hopefully will for a while. If they ever need to be redone, I know who to call =)

We are incredibly impressed with the quality of work and the expertise from Bellevue Floor Service. During the process of refinishing, they discovered that the existing hardwood in the master bedroom ended about halfway through the room, so they were able to finish the room with new hardwood that they stained to match. We were thrilled with the look and feel of the floors after they were finished. For another part of the home that had existing carpet, we decided to go with laminate flooring. After the carpets were removed, the baseboard height didn't match the other areas of the home, but they were able to advise and raise the flooring so that everything lined up smoothly. At the end of the installation, they also provided excellent attention to detail to the closet doors and door frames.

Through the whole process, we appreciate the amount of communication and expertise from Daniel and his team and highly recommend them if you are looking for any flooring work.

Refinishing these floors was a last minute decision before I was moving back into this house that had been a rental for the past 10 years.  I called around and Daniel was able to fit me in his schedule on short notice (a few days).  His pricing is decent too.  I have used Bellevue Floor Service before on several of my own home projects, as well as referred many of my clients and friends doing remodeling.  Daniel himself always comes out to meet with me and inspect the job and often does some of the trickier work himself.  He explains the different finish options (which constantly change as new low VOC and water based products come out) which helps you decide which is right for your job.
They keep their jobsite clean, haul away all the sawdust etc., and his crew has always been courteous and professional.  I'd highly recommend giving the your business!
