The electrician arrived on time. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the issue and the necessary steps to fix it in details.

He knew immediately what the problem was and fixed it. He also gave me important information about what bulbs and switches to use throughout my house to help conserve energy.

Bellevue Electric showed up on-time and were very professional. After some troubleshooting they were able to locate the source of the problem and fix the issue very quickly.

They billed an outrageous amount after quoting a single day of work and taking two full days. They worked very slowly and came to work sick. Their office person was extremely unprofessional and inflexible in addressing my concerns about work that had been done incorrectly. In short, we were taken for a ride.

I had a wire hooked to my garage before they came my garage light worked after they came it didn't work. When I called them on it they came and told me the wire is old and I needed to rewire my garage and they wanted like $1500 and I wasn't satiated on how they even talked to me. They were talking down to me and giving me a sales pitch. My garage light still doesn't work.

A couple of other well-rated places I called couldn't come anytime soon, but Jeff was able to come out the next morning and quickly resolved the issue. While he was here we also asked him several other questions about the somewhat eclectic set of wiring we have in our old house. Jeff was absolutely great to talk to, really clear and helpful. I would (and likely will) definitely call Bellevue Electric again.

VERY WELL! Jeff fit me in his busy day...because my clothes dryer wasn't working due to the faulty circuit. I had been without my dryer for almost a week, because I thought something was wrong with the dryer and had scheduled a appliance repair person to fix it, and found out there wasn't power to the dryer. I called Bellevue Electric and the person who answered was very responsive to my situation and she had Jeff come to my home within 4 hours. He diagnosed the problem very quickly, showed me the burnt out circuit and had one to replace it. The cost was $150 which included the price of the circuit. Couldn't be more pleased with the service we received.

Jean and Jeff are knowledgeable, prompt and complete the work to a high standard. I will use them again in the future.

Bellevue Electric are excellent!
Very professional and prompt, they did two jobs for me and were excellent at both.  For a ceiling fan they even managed the sub-contractor to finish the drywall after the installation, making the whole process very efficient.
Highly recommended.

Circuit breaker to our oven, stove top, and microwave went out on Thanksgiving. Unable to reset-not good. The following day I called Bellevue Electric at 8am. It was a holiday for them however the owner came out directly, assessed the problem, and repaired it. We were charged base price for 1 hour and no holiday service charge.  Was not a complicated problem but their attitude about customer care was exceptional. Will definitely use them in the future.
