It has been fantastic working with Beaver Build. I contacted them based on online reviews, and was impressed right away. Alex is highly responsive, friendly, and accountable. Before we contacted him for our home remodel, we decided on 4 main things - Full home painting, carpet upgrade, kitchen island cabinet and backsplash upgrade, and converting one of our garage spaces into a bed + bath. Alex provided a same day estimate on our first meet, and it was very reasonable when compared to other estimates. He did all of the scheduling from start to finish. His team was also very hardworking, respectful, and responsible. There were some changes and updates we had to do along the way, due to permits and inspections, but he guided us, and took care of all of it. We are now done with the entire remodel in under 5 months, and are very happy with the outcome. Thank you Beaver Build, we will definitely recommend your team!

We had a great experience with Alex and the team at Beaver Build. They did a bathroom remodel project for us and we're very happy with the outcome. Communication from Alex was very clear so we knew what to expect every day, and he was good about checking in to make sure that each component of the project was completed to our liking. There were several times where things weren't done exactly how I wanted, and the team was quick to hear my thoughts and make the necessary changes. They also did an admirable job handling the intricacies of a very old (and crooked) house. The project was done within the promised time frame and the only changes to the budget were items that we decided on after the project was already underway. Overall, we're super pleased with our new bathroom and we're looking forward to working with Beaver Build on our next project!

BeaverBuild, LLC service was great. They help restoring a wall from my bathroom. They are really meticulous about communicating but also throughout the project was very professional and efficient. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were also really good!

Alex’s team are amazing. I had a complicated project to resurface my exterior landing area, and install roof deck stairs. Alex was really responsive, replying within minutes throughout the whole project, answering any questions and responding to modifications right away. His team were incredible - they arrived on time, were friendly and courteous, worked super hard, and were really tidy - my house was spotless everyday when they left. When looking for a contractor, someone who’s accountable, communicative, thorough and tidy was important to me and Alex’s team checked all these boxes. Me and my husband purchased a home in which we wanted some upgrades before we moved in. Alex and his team coordinated well to start day after closing. They finished on time. Aside from the quality of work best part was the communication and detail to the little things.
