I took in my pickup truck and they said I needed a new exhaust, but I took it in to someone else to be fixed.They respond very well. They treat me very well when I walk in there, they know me by name. Anytime I have a malfunction I bring it in here, it may be more expensive but they are able to diagnose it better.

They respond very well. "A" plus across the board. I would use them again. They treat me very well. I've been there a few times so they know me by name and it's good to see those guys. I know it's more expensive to go back to the dealership but to me it's worth it. They can diagnose it quicker and are more familiar with the problem. Their guarantee's are much better.

If I had somebody good off of Angie’s List I could go there, because I don’t like my people. My husband said, after talking to them, I wouldn’t take my car there either. I would use them again only because I have too. It took a couple of hours for the work to be completed, maybe 4 or 5 hours. The workers were no interested, not really responsive, not very professional. They could work on their customer service. They were just very lackadaisical, not customer service oriented, not helpful, didn’t explain things out, not thorough, just kind of could have cared less, doing their job. The price isn’t outrageous, but it’s kind of high. The quality is fine.

A friend had left her car that wasn't running across the street from this dealership. They helped us push it over and they examined it and said it was probably a faulty alternator. They charged up the battery and we were able to drive it back to the friends house. Very helpful and friendly.

I received a coupon to service my Jeep at this location and decided to give it a try. Everything went fine BUT I was a little disappointed that they did not vacuum out the interior or wash down the exterior. Even at Jiffy Lube and other low cost oil change shops they'll at least vacuum out the interior. Given that this is a dealership, I expected more and certainly would not go back again unless I had a coupon.

I had the best experience buying a vehicle from this dealership. Usually buying a new car is an exciting, but painful experience. It always seems to start off great until you get to the number crunching stage; however, I truly enjoyed my whole experience. I worked with Wally and Dash; both of them were extremely pleasant and real easy to get along with. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

They are very honest and do not try to get you into unnecessary repairs or service. Some other places offer you to give a check and then they give you a long list, and make you go back again and again and also charge you. They are reasonably priced. I would use them in the future.

We took our 2005 Dodge Dakota with less than 60K miles to the service department because the Transmission Temperature Warning Light would come on intermittently. This began after we took the vehicle in for its scheduled 60K maintenance which is not a simple or low cost procedure. We took the vehicle in 3 times, spoke to a service manager who said that this was rare and he didn't know what could be causing it - of course, we stopped in without an appointment and he never offered or recommended to put the truck on a diagnostic machine. After the 4th time we were less than happy and was told to make an appointment, after a different service manager proceeded to school us in the fact that there was no record of our prior visits because they didn't note our visits - so as far as he was concerned this was the first time we came in for those issues.At any rate, after many days and test drives we were told that it was a bad solenoid pack that would require replacement at a cost of $900.00! After more days without the vehicle it was returned with assurance all was fixed. After only 10 days the light came on again!! We were now furious and made sure that everyone in the service department knew it. This time we were given a loaner truck, one that they were selling and that vehicle didn't have the ability to open the driver's door from the inside!We questioned the validity of the first repair and wondered if they had truly tested all related areas and were assured that they had, that this could be something different. We were now $1800 in with the dealer in less than 4 months and one of us had lost our job, so we didn't have the discretionary dollars for these repairs - even though they'd be necessary. After several days we were told that the issue had to do with a warranty covered emissions issue - thankfully we'd not be liable for the parts or repair. We continued to question whether or not this issue would have caused the other one, and were told that it was unlikely but they'd try to give us a refund of some of the money if the service manager would agree.To their defense, there is a 'happy ending' in all of this in that we were called back when the vehicle was ready for pick up - they were going to refund the $900 for the solenoid pack replacement as they could not be 100% sure that the emisssion issue didn't cause false readings of the solenoid.I am thrilled with the outcome as we didn't have the money in the first place - but we will be looking for a new service provider!
