Masonry Work
Well it started out ok and then they went to do the grout and the color was way out there, they never gave me the opportunity to choose a color. The over grout, that I requested looked nothing like the picture and it turned out horrible. I did contact him and he came out to look and of course saw nothing wrong and said it was all my choices. He then said he would contact a business that would take it off so it could be re-done. So the guy came out and said oh yea we can re-do this. Jonathan did not even offer to re-do it, hey he might have had to give up some money. End result it cost me another $8,000.00 to have it re-done. Thank goodness it finally looks great but at an enormous cost.
