GREAT!!! We just purchased our first hot tub . Jeff Brooks was at the Puyallup Fair and he listened to what we were looking for and sold us a great product. The price he gave us included a complete package. After the install we had a programming issue. We contacted AQUA QUIP and they responded immediately and came out the same day and resolved the issue. Great tub,Great SERVICE.

Haven't been able to get the pilot light lit. Decided to have someone come out because the unit is 19 years old and never been serviced/cleaned. Service visit went very well. Dan was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. He verified that the key components are still in working order, did some cleaning and provided some helpful hints for future troubleshooting. The unit now looks and works good as new.

Original bid came in much lower than the actual cost. Things kept adding on and prolonging the job. After the old cover was pulled i noticed 6 lights didnt work and neither did the outlet. My pool was so full of grout, metal shavings and dust you couldnt see to the bottom. Im assuming they wiould clean it up, roofers pick ip their nails, carpenters their sawdust. After waiting a few days i comtacted them about the problems with the pool and I was told that is usually the respnsibility of the homeowner and they could send someone out but didnt state if i would paying for it or it, so i I cleand it myself, i did not want to turn on the pump on with all the debris in the pool and we had been waiting all summer to use our pool. After 2 days had gone by i had removed most of the debris they sent someone out un announced to clean the pool. Its already clean, i guess when your dropping 15000 it seems like a given, maybe im old fashion but my lights still dont work and neither does the only plug.

We placed the order on Sunday and by Wenesday we recieved a call from the installer and he wanted to install on the following Sunday, AquaQuip saw it necessary to add more days to their schedule to meet their demand. Sunday fit our schedule, we didn't need to miss work. When he was done we had a functioning fireplace. The installation took 3 hour to install, 25 feet of gas line from the stove to the fireplace, vent work to the chimney, and the insert into the fireplace. Everything looked great, except for the tacky extension cord running from the insert to the wall plug. The electrician came the next day to move power to the Fireplace, which made the cord disappear. This task took1 hour to move the cord. All in all very pleased with install and function, and look of the the fireplace.

"We would like to apologize for this experience this member had with our company. The work order stated what was requested and should have been completed in one trip. Upon research, our service technician did not come out to the house properly prepared and with improper expectations. We believe there was a mix up between 2 different customers but that does not excuse what was said to, or about any customer. Technicians are our representative to our customer and we hold them to higher standards than was experience here. We are proud of the service we have provided for the last 52 years. When something does not meet the customers’ expectations, we take it very personal. We try very hard to remedy the situation and to make sure that it does not happen again. We are always doing training with our staff and technicians to insure the best quality experience to the customer. We will also take a look at our internal processes to make sure that this experience is not repeated in the future. We made several attempts to contact this member directly to apologize and in hopes to make this right. Part of being a great company is admitting when things did not go as expected and try to fix the problem."

They were very responsive. When they came out they did everything they were suppose to. They were neat and responsible. The spa is holding up great. I would recommend them to others. I bought the spa originally through them and I use them for regular checking of the water too. I have been using their services for five years. I would continue to use their service again in the future.

Spa heater quit working in November. They made an estimate of possibly over $1000 to repair. Suggested heater be replaced. It took them a month to order parts and return only to find a "loose wire" as the problem. The heater problem returned in less than 3 months. A service tech was sent out promptly and stated "The inside is all corroded and falling apart, controls are shot, will nickel and dime you. I recommend heater replacement" at over $2500 plus tax. Had another service person from a different company look at heater. Found defective thermostat, repaired for $100. Does not feel heater is seriously corroded or problem with controls other than thermostat. Suspects that thermostat may have been problem all along.

Their follow-up is very poor. I made numerous telephone calls to request a follow up visit. During this particular repair, it took them several trips as they could not find the right parts for the repair. When they showed up eventually, I was not their top priority. It took several trips to find the right parts. Before contacting them again for repairs, I would do some checking to see about other companies within my area.

AquaQuip is a great store providing wonderful service. There actually is no charge for the water quality test but I had to put a dollar amount in the "approximately how much did the project cost" field to file the report. I thought people who have pools and hot tubs in this area should know about their free water testing. When we were looking to buy a hot tub, this is the only place we saw that provided free testing.
