"Sorry Wendy, I told you that we have a $150.00 minimum to come out to do any job and that it sounds like it would be around that price and possible a little more. When my worker arrived it turned out to be a bigger project than what I interpreted from our conversation. I also tell all potential customers that if they don't like the price there is no obligation to do the work. As far as dirt stains on your deck, we do the best we can to clean everything but stains do not usually come up. It may be time to repaint. I also wanted to touch base on the $75.00 charge you say the company that does the properties spring cleaning. We can also charge a cheaper price when we are already on a large complex for a day or several days but you need to take in account that we are coming out to do one small job so the cost goes up as we have travel and set up time involved. I am sure if you contacted them just to do your property alone, they would not do it for $75.00. I have been in business for 33 years now and have hundreds of satisfied customers. If you are not satisfied, please feel free to call me directly to discuss. 425-746-4829. Thanks, Ron"
"Kevin, you hired our company to come out and clean your windows(exterior only)on May 7, 2019. You said you would be out of town so just go ahead and leave an invoice by the front door, in which my worker did(perhaps it blew away?). July came and I never received payment so I reached out to you to find out about payment. You said you did not believe we did the window cleaning as you found no invoice so instead of calling our company to find out if we were out there or not, you just decided to hire another company. Not sure if you know this or not but when you hire a company to do work for you and you are not satisfied, by law, you need to contact that company and give them a chance to rectify any problems(which you did not do). Secondly, when you hired the other company to re-clean the windows, you had them do the interior and exterior and we only did the exterior so of course, you are going to notice a difference. You sent me the text message your other window cleaner sent you and this is exactly what it says because I still have it on my phone: "I do remember that the inside of your windows was probably worse than the outside there". So my question is, why are your inside windows worse than your outside? I think that pretty much sums up the answer. Because we already cleaned the outside windows. I also sent you a snapshot of the GPS in the van showing you that we were there and for how long we were there. I am truly sorry that we both went through this but I believe this whole thing could have been avoided if you just would have called or emailed the company to find out what happened to your appointment. Thanks, Ron."
"This is a condominium that you(Em J)were previously renting(it was vacant when we did the work) and you wanted to clean it up to put it on the market. We came out, gave you an estimate to pressure wash the deck and did the pressure washing as per our agreement the following day. The next day you went there and took photos of stains and spray paint on your deck and sent them to me saying my worker did a horrible job. I replied that those were stains in the photo and that stains will not be removed by pressure washing. I told you that you would have to repaint those areas if you wanted them to look better. You did not agree with me and you insisted we come back and re-pressure wash. I told you if we come back and re-pressure wash and those stains do not come out, then there was going to be $150.00 plus tax minimum fee charge. I have been in the industry for 35 years now and I know those stains will not come out. I think it's only fair to repay us if you want us to waste our time. I'm sorry our pressure washing does not produce miracles. I always stand behind our work 100% and will fix anything within reason. This was a unreasonable request. Thanks, Ron.(I wish I could post the photos you sent me on here. You can clearly see that someone spray painted something with out putting anything under it to keep the overspray from staining the deck.)"
"We stand behind our work 100%. If you're ever not satisfied with any of the work we will come back and fix it at no charge to you. I will be contacting you tomorrow via phone to discuss us coming out to fix any problems."
