All Weather Deck & Rail

Extremely poor customer service. Called on Wednesday to get estimate on having work done. Was told would have one of the guys call me Wednesday or Thursday. It's now Friday and haven't heard from anyone.

Perfectly! These folks are extremely helpful, friendly, personable, and responsive! Price is the best I've seen after researching other options, including purchasing and replacing the glass myself. They are one of the best companies I've worked with. FYI - they also had previously replaced railing and broken glass panes damaged by a windstorm in 2004; same great performance then!

Mike was prompt, courteous and responsive from the initial phone call. He kept us informed of delays in receiving products and was proactive in keeping us updated and letting us know what to expect through the entire process. His workers were professional and courteous and cleaned up after themselves each day. He has done this so often than his time estimates were almost exactly on the mark. His estimate for the cost was what we paid, no cost overruns. The finished product is GORGEOUS, we couldn't be happier with the new deck or with the contractor. We have done numerous remodeling projects over the years and have had our share of difficulties with some of them but All Weather Deck was truly a pleasure to work with. Would hire them again without hesitation.

My 10 X 20 ft deck was rebuilt by a contractor using plywood as the surface material. My contractor followed the instructions of the Weather Deck and Rail company and added a slope to the deck so it would drain. They did this by lowering the posts by about two inches. They also installed a high quality of plywood with a smooth surface so the vinyl would be smooth and the adhesive would stick to the plywood and vinyl.
When Weather Deck and Rail came by to give me an estimate they brought samples of several weatherdec colors and I selected the one I liked best. They explained the process.
When they returned to install the product Weather Deck and Rail made certain all nails were in throughly and the surface was ready for installation. This took a couple of hours as they were very careful. . Only when the surface was perfect did they install the material. My long deck required sealing a long seam and it has held perfectly. I am very happy with the result much better than a painted on product. It is easy to keep clean and has held up well. I do not have to repaint it or deal with splinters. It should last over ten years.

All Weather Deck and Rail installed the railings back in June of 2011. They did a great job and the railings look fantastic and have been holding up well. But the reason I am writing this now is because I am really, really delighted that these people came back and corrected a small problem that cropped up a year later! 2 weeks ago after a staff party at my home I noticed that a section in the joint of the fence had come loose. I think maybe the hood of the joint may have been cut too short originally? I'm not sure, but it was a whole year later that I noticed this after the party. So I called All Weather Deck and Rail and left a voicemail over Labor Day weekend and told them about the problem and I said, and quot;I hope you are stand up guys and will come out and correct this problem.and quot; Well they are, and they did! I am so delighted! There is a lot of railing and it was wonderfully done a year ago, but the fact that they came out a year later and took care of a small problem, right away, to me speaks volumes! I would hire these people again in a second and I would like to recommend them to you if you need a quality, beautiful railing installed from a company that stands behind their work! All Weather Deck and Rail has an A+ in my book!

I had a small but urgent need to add some hand railing to my entry steps. I called several other places and the job was clearly smaller than they wanted to take on, at least with any urgency. One of them referred me to All Weather Deck and Rail. I immediately called and the phone was answered by a person, not voicemail! Mike came on the line to hear what I needed, and offered to come out to produce an estimate THAT AFTERNOON! Awesome! I did not do a lot of price comparisons, so I can't really speak to how great the price is. It was good enough for me. Both Mike and the installer who came out less than a week later were very professional and efficient. Results are a nicely constructed and sturdily installed section of metal (powder-coated aluminum) railing. Just what I needed, when I needed it.

I love the railing it adds so much character to my house. I only wish that they had offered me more glass options. There were obscure glass possibilities out there at the time but all the local rail companies insisted that they did not have them. .Either they are lazy or rigid? I could not get obscure glass

Their pricing was reasonable. They were professional and came on time. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.
