He is a really good electrician. Alex is reasonable and he will work on houses.

A & I electric installed the lights leaving 4 "mistake" holes in the ceilings, and a new switch in the master bath (we found that it did not need a circuit). The contractor left his crew to finish the work, assuring us that all the work contracted for would be completed. We had already paid him $350, and he now asked for $1000 to be paid immediately. This was high, considering switch versus circuit in master bath, but as he claimed that the ceiling light installation was "difficult", we paid him. Later, we discovered that he had not installed a new circuit in the guest bath. When confronted he became belligerent, ignoring the fact that he had charged for work he had not done, yelling that he "did good work" "according to code". Later he made partial restitution, but has not returned the full overpayment. We have filed a complaint against him with the Attorney General's office.
