Home Security System Service

After several weeks of waiting, taking time off from work to be at home, the installer told me that ADT cannot do security cameras in WA State. Then they double billed me the install fee, but will not refund the money. ADT refuses to provide any contact information, aside from a FAX number, to help me get my refund. Why would anyone trust a company with their home security if the only way to reach them is by FAX. In 2019? 30 years behind the times.
