They are very professional. I like their attention to detail. They noticed that my key, to get in, didn’t work anymore so they went ahead and reprogrammed it for me at no cost. Whenever we have an oil change it always comes with a free wash and vacuum. They do great work. If I am waiting for the service, if anything is going to take more than an hour, they provide me with a free loaner car.

After having the oil changed on my car I found the engine light would come on after starting the car and would not go off. I contacted my service rep, Kiet, on Friday morning. He told me to bring the car by that day. I dropped my car off about two hours later. Kiet was not available but I was greeted by another rep as though I owned the place. I was told that a Kiet went on lunch and that he set up a loaner car for me.
I received a follow up call later in the day and told that there were two issues. One was a sensor on the transmission and the other was with the EGR. Kiet suggested that the sensor on the transmission be replaced and that the EGR be flushed. I agreed to have the work done. Kiet followed up and told me the work was completed and that the car would be taken out several times to verify the issue was resolved. I agreed to the plan.
I picked up the car today. It was washed and ready to go. I have been driving the car all afternoon and love how great the car is running.
I have worked with Kiet for many years. He has always made me feel that he had my back and that he was looking out for me. I have had my car for 15 years. I will be replacing it very soon. I will buy my next car from Acura of Bellevue because of how I am treated by everyone in service ... but most of all because of Kiet.

We were new to the area so had the car towed to Acura of Bellevue (because they were on Angie's List). Their service experience shows by the way they evaluated and considering all the possible causes and outcomes. These guys are professionals. The result was good news as it only required a new hose, new thermostat and coolant. Speaks well for the car and this company.

The service people diagnosed it, and happened to agree with AAA's assessment of the cause, replacing the alternator and battery. They included a free engine diagnostic, and added the oil change I requested. I also received a 10% discount due to a dealer service coupon I happened to receive a couple weeks prior to this. On top of this, they always wash and vacuum the car - saving $15 - at no charge. Plus, I enjoy the lattes and bagels while I'm there. The loaner car was ready to go and even warmed up for me when I arrived. After the service, the car worked great and I had no further problems. They may charge a little more, but the savings in time, professional service, and convenience more than make up for it. I return to Acura of Bellevue for routine service as well and have never been disappointed.
