Very well. Everyone was nice and good to work with.

They were prompt, they did what they said they were going to do. I think there only draw back was some of the trimming wasn't as clean as it should have been. The trimming could have been a little cleaner on some of the trees. They were responsive.

Bill and his crew came out and did a quick professional job. They were meticulous about getting all the limbs including one that was stuck in another tree off the site and chipped. They cut the tree in rounds and made sure none fell on my lilacs. I would certainly hire them again since I have a lot of trees on my land.

I was more than pleased. They specialize in big trees so this was just a small job for them. Bill even suggested I might have a landscaper do it to save money. However, the last two landscapers I used have been pretty pricey also. And one of the trees is a big tree and a special tree for me so cutting any of it was hard for me to have it done. Brian was a godsend. He knew his trees, was a hard worker, responded to my needs and could not have done a better job. I highly recommend them!

Brian did a very good job with the work. They used their bucket truck to shorten the cypress hedge from about 36 feet to 16 feet.  The use of their bucket truck made the job easier and probably quicker. I considered seven bids for this work and ACE was the only one that said they would use a bucket truck.  ACE was also significantly lower in price than of the other bids I received. I will definitely use them again when the hedge needs trimming or shortening in the future.

Bill was very professional and assessed the situation. He explained what needed to be done and how to do it in a safe and timely manner. He gave us a quote that was reasonable considering this was an emergency situation that was dangerous, it was a Saturday afternoon, it had to be completed before dark, and the fact that otherwise we'd have to wait for weeks to get an appt. with him or another company due to the fact that there'd been high demand for tree service because of the recent wind storms. 
Oh, and the fact that another wind storm was due that night was yet another reason to pay the premium.
Bill returned a little while later with his helper and equipment. We were very impressed with their professionalism and skills. They didn't hesitate to jump into the dangerous work after carefully scoping out the safest method for downing this partially downed tree that was pointed toward our house. Watching Bill carefully, carefully scale and then cut away at that 100+ foot Fir tree took our breath away and we truly felt that he risked life and limb to save us from potential disaster. 
Thank you, Bill, for being our hero! We will definitely be calling you again.

It went great!  They called and set a time to come see what I actually wanted done and then sent me a formal pricing sheet detailing what had been decided upon.  We set the date and they arrived on time and worked continuously for 2 days (Tuesday and Wednesday) doing all that was required.  This also included the removal of the neighbors fur.  When they finished on the 2nd evening it was dark, so they told me they would be back on Friday to complete the cleanup.  I had several errands on Friday, but when I got home everything was completely cleaned up, including blowing my roof where sawdust had landed.  Excellent job, very easy to work with, and very reasonably priced.  I would highly recommend this company!!!
Note: 2 years ago I had gotten a bid from another company....it was almost the same price and did not include removing either of the pines, 2 other companies were not interested in just doing limb removal.

Bill (the owner came by promptly) and inspected the trees. It was too dark to see clearly, but he and an assistant came back and went over the assessment with me. We agreed on what was to be done. They worked like dogs and were very professional. My wife and I were quite impressed. The price seemed fair and the job went well. I would recommend them without hesitation.
