Very professional service, and very friendly. Arrived about 10 minutes prior to our scheduled time, and went out of his way to make sure I understood what my computer was doing. He even sent me a follow up email the next day to make sure the computer was still running good!
Description of Work: My laptop was running extremely slow. They came to my home and examined the computer. They explained several possibilities about why it was being so slow, and gave me several options about how to fix it. He discovered several viruses and I was surprised to find that my computer was automatically starting over 20 programs. My computer is running like it did when I first purchased it. Spetacular Service!
