Description of Work: I have a 10 year old Grohe bathtub faucet that was leaking. I took it apart and noted that I needed a spare part (gasket seal). I checked the internet to find out who sells Grohe in the Bellevue area and thus called "A Better Bath and Kitchen". I talked with their Showroom manager, Garth K Schroer. I explained to him my problem and while they didn't sell spare parts he offered to talk to the Grohe people and try to determine what I needed. I sent him photos of the faucet, since I didn't have part numbers, and within 30 minutes he had contacted the Grohe people and aranged to have the parts send to my home. In this day and age when a lot of companies call an automated telephone machine customer service I feel that "A Better Bath and Kitchen's" level of customer service is to be commended and that is why I am writing this report. If they do for a non revenue, off the street person like me think what they will do for a customer who needs a remodeled bathroom or kitchen. Next time I need a remodel, I know where I will start looking!

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TOOK THE TIME TO SHOW ME SEVERAL OPTIONS. WE EVEN FOUND SOME THAT WERE NOT THE HIGHEST PRICED MODELS. THEY SEEMED VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ON THEIR PRODUCTS
Description of Work: WE PURCHASED A NEW KITCHEN FAUCET FROM THEM. WE ALSO PURCHASED A PREMIUM SOAP AND LOTION DISPENSER AND AN AIR GAP COVER.
