Called to book the service and was told that there was a $15 service call fee and the locksmith would discuss everything else with us. Locksmith called during the day to confirm a 7pm appointment and then called at 6:35 to say he couldn't be there until 7:30 or 7:45, but service would only take 15 minutes. When the locksmith finally arrived, he tried to change the charge for the service call, quoted us $500 to rekey three locks and change out two locks, and then informed us that he only accepted cash. We opted for just three rekeys, and, fortunately, we had a friend with us and thus could cough up the cash. When we finally got the receipt, having paid the bill, he didn't charge what he quoted (68.33 per rekey rather thatn 65 per rekey, service call was $20 rather than the quoted $15 plus a mysterious install charge for 35. The technician didn't even bother to charge sales tax. I would NEVER recommend this company again.

When I called and asked the cost of the service I was told that the service call was $35.00 and the tech would give me an estmate when he arrived. When he arrived around 7:30 a.m. he told me that to pick the lock would be $159.00 plus the service call. Also they would only accept cash (who has $201.00 in cash on hand) or credit card. Took him less that 2 minutes to get my door opened. Lesson learned....will always make sure I have my house keys with me!
