Everything went fine with Puget Sound Construction Services. Everything with them seemed to work pretty well. I don't have any complaints. Their craftmanship is good. They were all knowledgeable.

The roof on my house had reached the end of its lifespan, so I went looking for someone to replace it. I had four different companies give me an estimate, and all of them came in within a couple of hundred dollars of each other. Given the fact that I had utilized Joe before with great ease, and that he did a great job, I decided to go with him. We set up an appointment to discuss the roofing shingle type, the specifics of what I wanted, and then we set up a date. He told me that he would start on a Monday, and be done by Thursday. He dropped some materials off on Monday, but couldn't start due to rain. Even with the one day delay, he completed the work as promised. He brought in his dump truck, and dropped the old shingles directly into it from the roof. This limited the work time, and reduced the possible debris and nails left behind. He also tore off and replaced the roof in sections, as it was during a period of high rain, and had plastic on hand to cover the exposed wood if needed. After the roof was completed he and his crew did a very thorough clean up. I will continue to utilize his company as things come up in the future!

I was in the process of buying a house, and it needed to have some gutter work performed before I could get the loan approved. I asked my realtor who they recommended, and they called their and quot;go toand quot; men. I received price quotes from them, and they priced me an absurd price for them to take care of the job in a very short time. Then my realtor asked the selling agent, and I received Joe Panzera's, the owner, info with a great recommendation. I called him up on a Friday while I was getting prices, and asked him if he could do a quick turn around job and to get a quote. He replied that he was on a job site already, and would try to get to the quote in on Monday. He stopped by my prospective house on that next Monday, and gave me a price on the job which was significantly lower than the rest of the quotes by 4 times a much for some. I gave him the go ahead, and he said that he would have it done by the end of the week, as he should be done with his current job by that Friday. On Tuesday, after work, I checked my phone, and he left me a voice mail saying that he had completed the job! I stopped by the prospective house on my way home, and checked out the work. He put up new gutters on the front of the house, and even went as far as to reinforce the current front facia boards, and put some stop rot into the front porch for me.
