MC Landscaping

I am very pleased with the communication and performance of Marcelino co-owner of MC Landscaping. The work I needed done was high - trimming large trees that had grown too close to my house, and the cleaning of the gutters on my two story home. Marcelino responded to my phone call and came the same day to look over the proposed work. I told him I was concerned about the height and wanted to make sure he had the skill and equipment to work safely. He looked over the trees and the gutters with a professional demeanor. I also wanted some gutter covers that I had purchased installed after the gutters were cleaned. Marcelino said he would be able to perform all that work. He quoted me a price for the entire package, and I agreed. The next day he showed up with the ladder that would reach the high work areas, and an assistant. I was greatly relieved when I observed him getting into a harness before ascending the ladder. He worked skillfully and efficiently, trimming the large branches with his chain saw and hand trimmer. When that was finished, he went onto the roof and tethered himself to the anchor at the roof peak with his assistant. They moved around the roof as a team, cleaning the gutters that were about 35' from the ground. Then he worked with his assistant to install the gutter covers, with his assistant holding the safety line attached to his harness. They finished the roof work and proceeded to clean up all the limbs and slash from the tree trimming. Then he went around the entire house and blew away all the debris from the gutters that had been dislodged. It was an entire day of work and I was greatly impressed with how this young man handled himself. He was nimble and careful while aloft. He worked very hard the entire day in 90 degree heat. At the end of the day, my trees were trimmed, my gutters were cleaned and covered, and my yard was free of debris. He even hauled off the branches and slash from the tree trimming in his trailer. I am very impressed with his skill and work ethic and can't say enough about the quality of this yard maintenance provider.
