Showed-up on time with four men. They all immediately went to work mowing and edging the lawn, and marking sprinkler heads with flags. Other members of the crew started the power raking the .25 acre lawn. Two passes were required with the power rake in order to get all the moss, which filled a large stake truck approximately four feet or more deep. This took approximately four hours, including clean-up. Juan knocked on the door to tell me they were taking the waste away, and suggested that we allow the lawn to dry-out some as it was very wet, and they would return in two days. I OFFERED TO PAY HIM HALF AT THIS TIME, WHICH HE REFUSED, SAYING HE PREFERRED TO WAIT UNTIL THE JOB WAS FINISHED AND I WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED. Two days later, two men returned, including Juan. They aereated the lawn, applied moss killer, then applied fertilizer and grass seed, and cleaned-up. When finished Juan came to the door to have me evaluate their work. It was excellent. I paid him, and he departed. They had worked just over two hours on the final visit.
