Knowledgeable team, quality product, attention to detail, FANTASTIC! After evaluating six bids, we decided to hire Three 60 to replace our two-story wraparound deck and porch. Upon meeting Tana, we were impressed by her friendliness, attentiveness, and knowledge, which solidified our choice. Tana provided valuable suggestions for cost-saving measures and enhancing the space's aesthetics. The crew's professionalism was exceptional, with every member exhibiting top-notch service during the demolition and rebuild. They were respectful of our property, addressing concerns promptly and leaving a clean space upon completion. Totally professional company and crew. When they ran into an unforeseen structural issue with the deck I hired them to replace, they quickly came up with a solution, gave me an estimate within an hour and got it fixed on the original schedule. It was a little bit of an emergency job and it was handled quickly and efficiently. They did have to return since parts weren't available on the sped up schedule, but that was fine. They pointed out other things that will need to be repaired in the future, but made the temporary fixes to get us through to when we can do those repairs. Communication was good and they were there and when they said they would be. Very easy to work with and a positive experience.

They did a very nice job on our deck and gave us what we wanted in 2 days. They were easy to work with and addressed any concerns we had and even suggested a solar light to add to the top of our stair rail. They were professional and answered all of our questions including how to provide the best care going forward. We would recommend them for decks for sure and are considering them for future jobs we may have going forward.
