The inspection went well, and we liked the fellow who came out; however, we waited for a written review of his inspection, but never received one, even after contacting Angie's List several times. We were told the provider would send us a review, but we've never received it.

Ross did a fabulous job.  He let me know of potential replacements in the future.  Very professional and personal.  Wonderful Guy!

Ross suggested some additional lighting to enhance our desired lighting scheme for displaying a painting over the fireplace.
Ross and his team were very attentive to our needs and provided exactly what was needed. We also got a very good panel that will provide for future expansion if needed.  
 Ross and the team showed up on time and performed all of the work efficiently. The work area was cleaned up after.
We even called them back to fix a previously installed spa drop that had been done. Very professional and nice work.

     Yesterday, I received a call from my tenant that the power company had to go out to the house, and that they were on emergency power.  I called around and Ross was the first one to pick up the phone. He was able to process the permit and arrange for the power company to come out today.  By 12:30, I received a call from Ross letting me know that the work had been completed. The bonus was that the work was not as significantly reported by the power company, and the price less than quoted!      

I really appreciate Ross' integrity and service.

They were very professional and willing to talk through the requested work. In fact Ross wanted to ensure all went according to plan and met prior to the work date.

Ross and his crew were great.  The project took seven working days spread over 11 calender days because they worked within my schedule.  Eleven days is a good thing.  I did not want the expense of having to move out and put stuff in storage to have it done in 2-3 days. Since I have pets this was a plus.  
On the second day of work, I had an insulation company over  to pull out all the insulation in the attic.  On the third and fourth days Ramm worked on the attic wiring and worked with the insulation company as they re-insulated the attic on the fifth day. This might sound like a lot of time, but keep in mind, Ramm made sure I had power where I needed it everyday of the project and they cleaned up everyday.
At  the end of the project there were some missed details and Ross was prompt in fixing them. Ross kept a close hand on the project and was attentive to my concerns and needs.  
Two weeks after the project was finished I had a reason to use an outbuilding.  It did not have power.  Ross promised to send a crew that day and contacted me when road problems prevented that from happening.  The next working day the crew was in and fixed the problem in less than an hour.  
The little extras were a bonus.  E.g., I had a flat screen TV and a wall mount I had installed.  They were about 5' apart.  Ross's crew lifted the TV onto the mount.  Ross and Zack answered questions about re-wiring fixtures.  One was an antique light fixture and the other a modern light with a faulty candelabra harness.
Two big stars:  one for Ross and his professionalism and flexibility and one for Zach.

He came out the same day that I called, & gave me a written estimate before leaving.  He was able to come back and do the work the next day in the evening after he had worked all day.  And he charged me less than what the estimate came to.

I found Ross through Angie's List. Having a rental house 2 hours away from my home, it's difficult for me to run there every time my tenant has a problem. I've used Angie's list several times to send various tradespeople there to do work that I'm unable to do. Although I've never met Ross is person he does call me and keeps me informed. I have found him to be reliable, knowledgable, fair in price and can put up with a somewhat pushy tenant!  He is on my list of people to call for electrical work.  Thanks Ross!

We set an install date of 2/6 he called on 2/3 to ask if he could do the work on 2/4 I agreed. He showed up on time did the install on the track light and chandelier the exhaust fan couldn't be installed due to some framing issues with the fan we had. He adjusted his price for the non install of the exhaust fan and gave us some options on what could be done. I would hire him again for future electrical work.

It took him a little longer to install because of some faulty wiring that was there done by the previous owner. However he did not charge me for the extra time it took him . He stood by his original estimate,  I appreciate this.  I'll keep him as my electrician.Good work

This morning we discovered that a night light had melted and fallen to the floor, leaving the prongs still in the socket surrounded by black markings on the wall. Ross came out quickly and fixed the problem.  He was very professional and knowledgeable.  He answered other questions that I had regarding the wiring and lighting in our house.  This was a small job, but I trust him and will definitely call him again when we need other electrical work done.

I needed additional lighting in my garage.  Ramm Electric arrived promptly.  I discussed my needs with the electrician.  He recommended the installation of 6 48" florescent light fixtures.  He called several suppliers to obtain the best price.  He purchased and installed the fixtures the same day.  He also installed a ceiling fan in a bedroom.  I was very pleased with the service I received.  I would definitely use them again.

Ross called us to let us know that he was running late. When he arrived he apologized and was proffessional. He took the time to show our teenager what he was doing as he is interented in the electrical field. I would reccomend him and will not hesitate to use his services in the futur.

I found Ramm Electric through Angie's List, and I contacted Mr. Ross, the owner.  I left a cell phone message and contacted him by email.  In the morning, he got right back to me and got all of the information for the job.  He sounded very professional, answered all my questions, and so I booked him for the job.  He contacted me the day before to confirm and to give me details.  On installation day, Brent, one of his employees, came out right on time, checked out what needed to happen to run the 220 from my electical box to my back deck where I had placed the hot tub.  Then Brent got to work.  He was very efficient, let me know what he was doing, made sure I was happy with all the decisions in terms of placement, and finished the job in good time.  Ross then came out and checked everything out, made some very positive comments on the fine work, made sure a few finishing details were attended to, and then I paid him for a high quality job. 

I would recommend Ramm Electric to anyone who needs a job done that is either big or small.  They are very competant, professional, and courteous.  I will call this company again for any future electical needs.

He’s done work for us at least 4 times.  He's installed a gorgeous chandelier, move a fixture, and installed undercabinet lighting in my kitchen. He also installed outlets where others said they couldn’t do it, and he wired my hot tub. 

I called late afternoon Monday.  He was at my house early Tuesday morning.  He wouldn't leave until he "could sleep tonight knowing the fix was completely right." Don't bother calling anyone else.  Hire him!

Wall heater wouldn't shut off. I had to shut it off at the fuse box. I called Ross on 3-10-11 (Thursday) and he came out the next day. He called for arrival time - was unavoidably delayed about 45 minutes, and called to alert me of the slight delay.. He arrived on time and installed the new thermostat and was gone. He was very considerate and professional. His price was very reasonable. I am most happy with the new thermostat.

We called Ramm Electrical at 5pm on a Thursday due to electrical problems in our bathrooms. We were expecting a household of guests (20-30 people) the following evening and needed the problem fixed promptly. Ross arrived at 8pm and went to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem and after testing every outlet (approx. 70 in the house!), found an outdoor outlet with a melted and disconnected neutral wire.

They did a good job and they cleaned up well. The job went well overall. They were prompt and their price was right. I would recommend them and use them again.

The estimate included a thorough review of all issues and concerns that I had, and was very accurate. The job was done professionally, quickly, and for a reasonable price. I will use Ramm Electric again, and highly recommend to others.

I am extremely satisfied with Ross' punctuality and professionalism. I will probably have him return later this year to replace our 45 year old electrical panel. I was impressed with his work, his knowledge and his pricing for the work he did and for the proposed panel replacement. I would not hesitate to recommend Ramm Electric LLC and I will use them in the future.

Ross arrived on time and with an assistant. Both were very courteous. We had another contractor present who had already opened up the sheet rock and was ready to pull other low votage wiring so this made things much easier for Ross and his assistant to piggy back their wiring. They all worked well together. Ross was training his assistant and is a very good teacher. He took time to explain what and how and then supervised. He was very encouraging. I was very impressed. Ross also agreed to install another outlet in the bedroom which was not originally planned. Ross and his assistant provided great work, cleaned up afterwards and all for a great price. I have already recommended RAMM Electric to a new homeowner who needs some electrical work.

His price was the best. He was super flexible and super good to work with. He followed through on what he said that he was going to do. I liked everything about him. He was really great. I would not hesitate to call him again in the future if I have any electrical issue.
