These guys are the best. I was having a septic emergency, they moved their people around so that I could get same day service. When it became apparent that the job was going to be bigger than anticipated, they were very upfront with me about it. At one point there were four guys at working on my system because they were determined to get it working same day. All very professional and did a great job. Answered all of my questions and explained what was going on and why they were doing everything they did. All said and done, they improved the way my system is put together and made it easier to work on in the future which will inevitably, save me money. These guys have earned all my future business. Money well spent and to be honest while we going over the bill, they could have easily charged me more. These guys are the best. They advised me on upgrades that would have prevented this issue from happening again and were all around the best crew I have had work any part of my house and there have been several different crews for various projects.

I would like to Title this... "My Mea Culpa" or "Sometime Customers ARE Wrong" Originally I called them for an inspection as they had done all properties in the past, I have a property management company in Vancouver. Initially I was told I couldn't get an inspection for 2 weeks, as I was having a bad day, I didn't take the time to explain my urgency, I just hired another company. BIG MISTAKE... Not only did that fall through but it cost me time I didn't have. I WISELY circled back to First Call, explained my situation this time and they had someone out that afternoon. Ronnie was awesome, Iris was nice and polite even though I had been slightly rude earlier. Work is always top notch, professionalism is the norm, but I PROMISE you if you just pick up the phone and call them you will never look for a septic company again! If folks down the road happen to mention anything about needing septic services, YOU WILL quickly and happily let them know about Ronnie and Iris... and I guarantee you will remember there names...that's how good they are... And just for a moment consider the fact that I spent this time writing about a SEPTIC company!! Look em up here and elsewhere and you will see that many others were compelled to do the decent thing and take a few moments to recognize quality folks running a great little company!! Well done guys!!

Overall not well but they did redeem themselves somewhat in the end. As a first time septic home owner, I am newer to this process. They did not do a good job of letting me know what was going to happen and then when I was told they were taking a camera recording; I thought he meant internally of the septic and pipes. I have had this done prior when I worked with Roto Rooter we had an small clog over a year ago and they roto rooter ed the pipe from house to tank and water then flowed freely and I felt they described what they were going to do along with seeing what they were doing following through with their verbal words. First call septic said that all companies have to be the same so they don't use a internal camera and I said well maybe you should not be like all companies and be better to give better service to all by showing them the internal view. ( I have found out other companies do offer a camera). They charged me $85.00 for a dig (not needed prior to pumping and I felt they were trying to get extra charges from me) after emailing and speaking with the owner he retracted the $85.00 and I was thankful for this! After the sewage was pumped. I asked him about inspection of viability of the tank and he stated that it was good especially being concreted made. Just by glance it's rather dark in there and I did not see him use a flash light to view interior of the tank to check for cracks, etc. I wonder if this is how ALL companies do an "inspection?" On the day he pumped and bill was issued he then said he waived a $50.00 trash removal fee, I still do not know if this is if there was any trash in the septic itself and/or the extra that was overflown. When I asked if he was planning on pick up that garbage he said then said yes and got a bag... had he mentioned a $50.00 fee I would have picked it up myself... In the end he said he would waive the $50.00 dollars. Would I use them again? Nope, Sorry but not sorry. Maybe you can use this as a learning experience to be better in the future and I do wish you the best of luck!

Jennifer in the office had a great range of knowledge and was very helpful.Chris is a inspector and made some good recommendations on the access to the secondary chamber. He pumped it quickly with a superior truck and equipment. The weed eater with a prop type blade was smart and worked perfect. These people are wonderful to work with and I recommend them.

They did a wonderful job -- including carefully putting my sod back where it belonged given they had to dig a hole between the access points to gain access to the clogged pipe.

Ronnie showed up on time, was very professional and very knowledgeable. This is an old piece of property that we are thinking of purchasing, and even the owner didn't know where the septic was located. Ronnie was up for the challenge! He flushed a transmitter down the toilet and located the septic tank in no time. He then got to work digging it up, removing a very difficult and heavy cover, and did his inspection. He worked super fast and had it all complete and put back together in no time (under very hot weather conditions). He then wrote out the report in his truck and emailed it to me so I had the report instantly. He was also very friendly and answered all my questions.

Technician arrived on time, with an estimated arrival call prior to showing up.
Measure the tank for size and whether the tank needed to be pumped and if there were any repairs that were needed.
It turns out the tanks were 3' under ground, under the deck of the home. Ronnie, the owner of the company suggested that perhaps some "risers" would be beneficial with small children in the house. I got an estimate on the spot of the charge and availability to install those.
The septic report was filed at the time of service and sent to me immediately. And we scheduled the riser repair following closing of the home.
That service 3 weeks later was just as superb. On time arrival, courteous and clean.
I have worked with a lot of contractors and this one was orderly, clean and conducted himself in a professional manner.
My hat is off to you Ronnie. Thanks and will call you for repeat service for sure.
