3 months and $1500 to tell us our property was too tight for a Model F. We had visited the factory and loved the product. We knew there might be a space issue, but were told it would be determined through a site visit. We put our $2500 deposit down and waited. We knew we'd be paying per diem, mileage, etc. for the visit. The visit confirmed the space issue. We were told we were lucky we got $1000 back from our deposit as they had put so much time into looking at options to get the unit in that we actually owed them more money for all their time!

They were professional and timely. I did have to wait two weeks to get my final switch plate to fit the new switches, but I did get it and the final result is very nice.
