Looked around the internet to find a local Garage repair company. Came across Value Garage Door Service. Called them made a appointment and they.were able to meet my need to have someone come. Gannon was assigned to come by. Outstanding technician. Came by and.replace bottom door seal for both doors. Friendly and professional. Gannon had some.time afterwards to look at my neighbors garage door and make recommendations to solve her problem. Outstanding service both the cpany and technician, Gannon. Would recommend them to all.

I phoned on a Thursday and got their voice mail. I left them with my contact information, location and a description of what needed to be done. Because of no response, I called again on Friday and left the same message. I still have not received a response. I live just a couple of miles from his address. I went with another provider who returned my call in a timely fashion.

Very well! Ben was very helpful to us in selecting the "right look" garage door and hardware to replace our aging, plywood door. He was thorough and efficient with the whole job. Plus he was MORE than patient with our 6 1/2 year old grandson who continually asked him questions: "why do you work on Wednesday?"

Jesse came out for a free estimate the same day I called. He went directly back to his office and emailed me estimates of the two options we had discussed. They had a cancellation the following day and were able to do the installation then. Brandon showed up a little early to begin removing my existing doors, since the new ones were not ready to pick up yet. He then went to pick up the doors and returned to complete the job. He was finished in time to get me to my 4 PM appointment as promised. I am very satisfied with the professionalism and workmanship of this company. I am rating the cost as NA because I really didn't shop around to compare, although I really don't think it was excessive. I was given a discount on the price of the opener as an Angie's list member.
