Todd was awesome repairing our Havoc unit. He was very honest, friendly and very knowledgeable. It was very efficient and doesn't sell you what you don't need. The price was fair and we would use him in the future. Thank you Todd for a great job. I would rate you 10 stars.

In both cases, Todd demonstrated excellent knowledge and troubleshooting skills. I found it refreshing that he doesn't try to sell you additional items such as unnecessary parts or service contracts. Very professional and clean. Cost below is for both repairs ($325+$425).

I had my furnace replaced about three years ago. Todd came out and did a inspection of everything to ensure it was still operating at 100% He was on time and did a thorough inspection I will use him again for my HVAC needs

;I've had Todd check out the heating system several times now and have been quite satisfied.  He is on time, friendly and efficient.  He will also adjust the thermostat if I need it.

He saved me a lot of money by telling me that my furnace was in good repair, that I didn't need to spend a bunch of money on a new furnace and that I only need to clean the ducts and change the filter more often to make it work properly. He was kind, courteous, prompt, efficient, and helpful. I was a complete idiot about furnaces, I didn't know the ducts ever need to be cleaned and I didn't know the filters need to be changed. He educated me without making me feel like an idiot, which was nice.

troubleshot and replaced relay causing air conditioner to not shut off and provided info as to care of system and tips to keep it running. It is 27 years old and other repair facilities said to just replace it, not worth repairing, which they have been saying for last ten years. Todd looked it over and fixed it with minor part and adjusted it and been running great since. Excellent service. Todd is owner/operator and a blessing in world where high prices exist and people try to sell you new one rather then repair existing one. It may be 27 years old, but has had minimum issues.

Used Todd's Heating and Cooling previously. Called for a maintenance/check up. Was able to schedule on the day/time I had available. Does a thorough job and is very nice. Even takes time to explain what he's doing and why. I'll continue to call Todd for future furnace/heat pump service and repairs.

Furnace died on Sunday night. Called Todd on Monday morning and he was there by noon. Checked out the furnace and the entire heat pump. The furnace was installed in 1984 - almost 30 years ago. Quoted a price for a new motor plus labor and fixed the problem right then. Checked to insure that all systems were and quot;goand quot;. Very professional and personable. Incredible service in this day and age!

We bought a new house and had Todd check out the heating and cooling system, since we had used him on our previous home and liked his work. He went through everything and explained, in detail, what he did, and what we needed to do to keep the system running smoothly. We will definitely have him back again !

My central AC wasn't working very well, so I called Todd to see if he could come take a look. Since it was late June, and it was HOT, I was hoping he could do this quickly for me. Todd didn't disappoint - he was at my home the day after I called. He suggested some repairs, and indicated it may or may not work since my AC is about 15-years old. To compensate for the uncertainty, he said he would wait for three or four days to charge my credit card to give me time to let him know if things were working out. I just couldn't believe it - someone who actually cares!
I've used Todd once before - a few years back. Come to find out, Todd had worked on the AC unit in my home before we purchased it! His service card was on the AC unit - I hadn't even noticed. He was impressive enough to make me not think twice about calling him for this most recent repair. I will call on him again when I need the help. He's a great guy and really cares about what he's doing and his customers' satisfaction. Highly recommended!

He came on time, performed his service and returned later with the correct size air filter, which he didn't have in his truck.

Our A/C quit working Tuesday and I called company that I had found on Angie's List. Unfortunately, with temperatures this wk close to 100 degrees the other company was booked up for several days, but suggested I contact Todd. I called Todd and he too was very busy, but stated he could come Wedensday, sometime between noon and 1 PM. Todd actually showed up a 1/2 hour early and immediately identified what the problem was with our outside A/C.unit. Prior to replacing the part, he proceeded to clean the unit and conduct several other tests. After replacing the bad part, ( a bad capacitor) he then added some freon and tested the cooling temp level. I was very pleased with the service Todd supplied and the price he charged and would definitely use his services again

On time and very efficient. Did a good job of explaining and fixing problem with heater. We would definitely use Todd's Heating again.
