Arrived on time. Analyzed system. Explained that ram memory was low and computer was using virtual ram from internet that runs as slow as molasses. Notified us that our operating system would be obsolete in about a year and suggested just adding more ram would speed things up significantly and cost very little. Showed us all the programs turning themselves on at startup. Shut off
unneeded programs. Explained ways to check system and keep it running smoothly. Answered many questions and gave understandable explanations. Was able to furnish used ram that matched our system and saved us extra cost of new. Gave a 6 month warranty.
