I think they did a decent job. Whether or not the insulation will help with reduce my heating bills and keep my house warm this coming winter is unknown at this point.

We were very impressed with the skill and professionalism of the Taseca team. They worked hard every day that they were at our house and did a good job cleaning up. At the end of the job, they did a thorough 2-hour test to ensure that our house was well sealed. Taseca is very knowledgeable about the rebate and financing programs available through Clark Public Utility. We were able to qualify for a rebate and get a portion of the work financed at a low rate. We had a third party inspect Taseca's work and they said that the installation was "pristine". They also estimated that we saved about 30% on our electricity bill this winter given that our bills did not go up (unlike others in Clark County). Our house was much more comfortable after Taseca was done. We would definitely recommend them to others.

Taseca was very professional and courteous. Their cost was very reasonable and the installation crew was on time and friendly. They were knowledgable about the job to be done and completed it fast and expertly. I would highly recommend Taseca to anyone.

Hardly noticed them. That's a good thing.
They came, did their job, cleaned up, worked well with the electricians I had in the house at the same time, and stayed in contact with me throughout the process.
Given that they had to come and take out the old, wait for electricians to do their stuff and come back to do the rest and the electricians were a bit behind, their ability to and quot;work well with othersand quot; was a plus.
They noticed a possible problem with carpenter ants and provided a reference. The referred provider [shout out to Wayfare] came out the next day on my schedule and explained the situation, steps I could take on my own and what to look for should I need their services in the future.
I appreciate that they referred a professional who assessed the situation, gave his opinion, explained the steps to take and did not try to sell me a service I did not need.
As an aside: My electric bill has decreased by 30%

All the employees I met seemed very nice, hardworking and personable, it was a long day of work. I appreciate they were able to fit us into their schedule and do the job quickly so we could proceed with other work. Removing the insulation from an attic is a big job and I realize now we did not get clear with each other about what level of final removal would look like. So I have had to do a lot of little picking up and getting rid of even more insulation in the attic that it would have been nice to not have to do.
I expected to get a quote from them for the reinstall of new insulation but never have. I wonder if the job was more than they were expecting. We did agree to them using the drop box I already had for the old insulation disposal and it was more than I thought it would be so maybe they also were caught by surprise by the size of the job. I also did not get any other quotes so don't know how the price really fits with the competition.
In any case they were super nice and did the job that I needed.

We used this provider because they are approved by Clark Public Utility to do weatherization work that qualifies for a rebate. We had a little bit of trouble getting an estimate because the quote went to our junk email box. We contacted them after a few weeks, and they apologized and sent another quote. They showed up on time, and the quality of the work was very good. The only mark against them is that one of the workers looked and smelled like he just came in from a night of drinking, and an empty can of Red Bull was left outside on our steps. The other worker on the job was very professional.

The project went really well and we were happy with the results. My only complaint was our initial contact with the company after we signed our contract. I had to be the one to contact them to schedule work, submit contract paperwork, pay the deposit and remind them the day before we were to start work. After this initial lag in communication (which was explained by a family personal matter they were dealing with) they were easy to get in touch with and checked in with me on a regular basis.

I found this company through Clark Public Utilities and was very pleased. I had 3 bids and his was the most informative and showed all the areas that needed to be weatherized and what could wait until I had the money. I will probably use the same company for more weatherization in the future.

In removing the windows, much damage was done to the frames of the windows and walls. (Had to buy new wood and repair the window frames and had to get back-up from utility company to repair drywall). The job took longer than it was suppose to. The ducts were "sealed" with a type of tape that came off when the vent cover was taken off for cleaning. I really enjoyed my windows, the job to get them and the work afterwards was horrible.

We received a written detailed, itemized bid offering a choice of suitable products. Jon was so helpful as to even send a photoshopped image of how the windows would look in our home. We broke the work into stages and still have a few more windows to go beyond the 9 we have already completed. The work was done on schedule and professionally, with no negative surprises. We are very very happy with the results, the windows are beautiful, functional, and our energy bill has declined.

We got three estimates and they were the lowest. They were also recommended to us. Everything was great. They were on time. They did everything they said they would do, and they cleaned up.

Jon came to look over my house and gave me a list of items I could do to improve my energy efficiency. He allowed me to pick the items I wanted to do off the list, and he was patient with me while I changed my mind several times, always providing me with new estimates and photo mock-ups that showed what the new windows would look like on my house. Taseca had the best prices of all the window installers who gave me bids. Jon's sales method seems to be telling the customer what needs to be done with a realistic explanation of the priorities and importance of each item. He didn't push the sale, and he even advised me against certain upgrades that he didn't think would give me a good return on investment. The installation crew was punctual and polite and hard working. They identified a problem with my front door that they offered to fix pretty much for pennies. The windows are beautiful.

We split the project up in four phases and they are getting ready to start the second phase, which will be four windows. We didn't go with the cheapest price or the most expensive. I think it is fair value. They were great.

It was difficult to pin Jon down on exactly when he would begin, but once we passed that hurdle, he and his crew showed up on time and finished the job in good time. The window company sent the wrong sliding glass door, a cheaper model than I ordered. I probably would not have known the difference had Jon not pointed it out to me. A replacement door took a couple extra weeks but was worth the wait for the better door. Two windows in the front of my house are surrounded by old, brittle cedar shakes. I was pleased with the way they were removed, cut and reinstalled. In fact when one worker came back to finish the sliding glass door, he was not pleased with way the shakes looked so he removed them again and replaced them. It looked much better and I didn't ask for it, it just bothered him the way it looked and he wanted it to be right. I am very pleased with the end product.

They gave me a letter totally covering everything they were going to do for my windows - very specific. They exceed the public utility district requirement. John was very helpful, knowledgeable and very nice. Compared to two other bids I got, Taseca offered many more other companies as an option (manufacturers). Offered top of the line manufacturer (Milguard) for same cost of other manufacturers. Other companies didn't have more than one option for the price. I have already hired them.
