Suburban said my fireplace required a repair technician. I paid $114.67 for a fireplace service repairman to light the pilot which Suburban refused to refund or deduct from my refill cost. The fireplace technician said there was absolutely nothing wrong with anything. He said Suburban just needed to hold the button down longer until the gas got in the line. He said holding it longer is very common when the tank has completely emptied. The fireplace repairman said that is it completely reasonable to expect the person who fills my propane to be able to do what he did I have every reason to believe that I should not be required to pay a 3rd party to light the pilot that Suburban agreed to light. If the Suburban Propane workers who deliver propane gas are not competent to perform simple tasks involving their own gas lines, then maybe they should not be trusted working around large quantities of highly flammable material.

I WOULD SURELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY. THEY WERE GREAT AND VERY FRIENDLY. THEY HELPED ME OUT WITH A LOT. THEY DID A TREMENDOUS JOB ON FILLING MY TANKS UP.
