We were extremely satisfied with Duane. He took pride in his work and gave us suggestions. Also, he did extra work to make our project beautiful without additional charges. We will certainly use him again in the future.

I was contacted quickly from my inquiry, had a home visit and received a reasonable estimate. The work quality was excellent and our opinion and questions were respectfully answered and accomendated. It was completed in a timely manner. He took great respect for our floors and furniture covering them during work. I was very comfortable having them in my home. I chose Snailums because they are local and had the highest positive customer ratings and positive comments on the quality of workmanship.

Duane 's bid was one third that of other bidders. But in addition, it was clear that Duane knew the work and had knowledge far beyond just drywall. Duane and his assistant Charles were very professional and hardworking. They pursued the work diligently even though we had to reschedule two follow up visits due to snow and ice issues at our home. They were careful to keep flooring, appliances, sinks etc covered and clean. After opening up one wall, Duane found that a sill plate was rotted out because it was not pressure treated wood. Duane reframed the wall for us that day and the drywall work proceeded. In addition to quality work at a good price, Duane was personable and easy going. If ever I need more drywall work, I'll be calling Snailums.

We called Duane on a Friday and he was out that afternoon to give us an estimate. He asked if we had any additional patching or touch ups in the rest of the house (we did) and indicated he would do those for free. We thought the estimate was very fair and he started on the following Monday and finished on time.
The work is excellent. He and his assistant paid attention to detail, they were very careful to protect existing fixtures, switches, etc.,, and they were 'down to earth' nice guy. Should we ever need similar work, we would call Snailum's.

We had changed plans from tile all-over to a shower-only plan. I was concerned about how well the finish could be over the concrete board. I contacted three drywallers in the Vancouver area. Duane not only contacted me quickly, but was the only one to return my inquiry. The other two were popular on Angies list and I must say, I am happy they did not call.

Duane came out the next day for an estimate, gave us a couple different options and didn't complain, even when the job became a little bit more challenging than he had considered. He was easy to work with , professional and kept to his bid. But, most of all his work was really nice. We have had two companies out during previous remodeling and he was by far, the best of our experiences.

I wouldn't go anywhere else if I had more drywall work to do. Thanks Duane for a great experience. You deserve to be at the top of the list!

I found Snailum drywall at the very back of the drywall, sheetrock, list on Angies list. The thing that caught my eye was he is fairly local to where I live. I am a retired carpenter so I know what to look for and what to avoid when dealing with contractors and construction workers. I called him out of the blue on a thursday, he was able to give me a bid right over the phone. His price was so awesome I thought he was putting me on, but no he is for real. He himself, and another worker arrived the following Monday and he was through taping and texturing on Weds. just like he said, and for the price he told me over the phone. Have more projects coming up and know he is the man for the job.

I was able to quickly schedule an estimate and Denny arrived on time. He quickly gave me a quote which was far below other quotes I received. I choose Snailum not only because his pricing was reasonable and in line with what I expected for the job (other quotes were on average $800-$1000 higher... not even in the same ballpark), but also because it was evident he had the highest degree of experience and confidence in his work. He arrived on time, kept the area clean (as much as possible!), and was extremely pleasant to work with. I will definitely hire Snailum Drywall for all drywall projects in the future.
