The installation went fine, this was the 3rd time we've used the company, and they will be coming back next week for the tile works. I am very pleased with work and quality that they do.

Brant Rude of Root's Inc. and Moldeaters had to remove the shower pan, 2 rows of tile, the curb and replace the rotted section of the sub floor. He did an excellent job for a cost of $3800. We sent a letter to S & R with photos of the rot and damage asking them to take responsibility for the repair since they did not construct the shower pan properly. I declined to have S & R do the repair based on my previous experience with them. We were willing to discuss the cost with them. Instead we received a rather threatening letter from their lawyer. Case closed. I do not recommend doing business with S & R Flooring.

THEY DID NOT DO A VERY GOOD JOB LAYING THE TILE ON MOST OF THE COUNTERS. THE TILES ARE UNEVEN IN THE KITCHEN AND THE GROUT IS UNEVEN IN ONE OF THE BATHROOMS. THEY DID THE BEST JOB IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM WHERE IT IS THE LEAST VISIBLE.
