RYAN HITE CONSTRUCTION

Both I and my husband had to take considerable time off of our jobs to perform these duties and to pick up supplies so the subs could continue to work. Ryan said the tile installers could finish up all the remaining construction work for him. We soon discovered that they were not qualified to do all of the work and had to have them remove, redo, and repair work that was done. Ryan was supposed to come and finish up the work, but he never showed, leaving us waiting around all day for him to arrive. He has never finished the work, but now wants to walk from the job and still have us pay him as if the job were finished. We had to hire another plumber to finish up some work on the second bathroom at additional cost to us. We have received two very different billings from him and are still waiting for explanations for some of the increased costs when less work was actually performed. I would never hire him again.

He is very easy to work with and very professional. He is competent at what he is doing.
