It was absolutely perfect way better that I expected. I was little nervous hiring builders but he was amazing. Their communication was absolutely excellent. I think that was probably the biggest thing to consider when having a house to live on which are very few. He was great at communicating and letting us know what was going on. He was good at guiding me at the right direction. He also let me pick out everything for my own house that also has been sent. I was very nervous hiring a builder because this is one of the biggest purpose I made in my life and some people did not like their builders when they were done. Some of the people I talked to hate their builders. But I told my husband that we are going to get along with whoever builder we hire. And who we hired was just great. You pay for what you get and I'm going to give a and ldquo;Band rdquo; on price because I think you can still find someone who is cheaper but you will get what you pay for. He does not cut corners for the topic.

I would recommed Rain Creek without reservation. Responsive, used good subcontractors and managed them effectively. Project delivered on time and 5% under budget. We are planning to use Rain Creek to build a mountain cabin.
