In a little over 30 days the shop was completed and signed off by the inspector. Week one: Excavation and the foundation was poured. Week two: Framing of the walls, sided and standing. Week three: Trusses & roofing completed. Concrete floor was poured. Week four: Clean up, install door, and final inspection. Andy and his crew were prompt, even showing up early. They would tell us what would be happening the next day and cleaned up after themselves. By far the best contractor I have work with.
Description of Work: Mickelson Construction built a 30 foot by 40 foot shop for us. They completed the entire shop with their own employees except for the excavation and foundation. From the ground breaking, framing, siding, trusses, roofing, pouring the concrete floor to installing the door Mickelson Construction did it all.
