I Facebook messaged Bryan and he responded! I told him what I needed and put the key under the mat. He picked it up, gave me a bid, repaired the vehicle in record time. We had an issue in Portland and left the car. I messaged him. He went and picked it up, found and re-ordered the faulty part and fixed it under warranty. Bryan is an upstanding person and a great mechanic. His wife is very nice too.

Bryan showed up on time and did the job for the price he stated.

Every time I've contacted JR's Shop on Wheels, Bryan and his wife have been quick to respond and fair with their pricing. I fully trust that they have my best interests at heart and that they will use the quality/manufacturer of parts that I request. I trust that they will complete the work in a timely manner and charge a fair price for their services. It's tough to find a quality mechanic at a fair price in this world where everyone is trying to make a quick buck and move on to the next job. Bryan with JR's Shop on Wheels is the needle in the haystack that so many seek but so few find.

Bryan completed the job in a very timely manner and came in below his original quoted price. I actually found Bryan thru Facebook a few years ago after posting on a local forum page and seeing so many people vouch for his shop

The arrangement was we would buy all the parts and have JR's Shop do the manual labor.  The car was dropped off in Dec. 2015 and completed by July 2016.  We had informed JR's that we were in no hurry, so the time frame is fine.  It allowed us time to pay off the cost of all the parts including the engine.  There were a few hiccups, but JR's always made things right and backed up his reputation to do a professional job.  He even came to our house when my husband needed a few parts while replacing the radiator and JR's was willing to add helpful hints and suggestions.
