Amazing service and products!  Jerry came out and provided an informational, thorough bid on the project.  Most of the windows in the home we bought had been replaced however all the windows in our family room and the bathroom were old windows that were drafty.  Jerry gave options and helped us pick the right windows without high pressure sales tactics.
An added bonus was they offered great financing options through their financing partners which enabled us to do the windows NOW instead of waiting until this Fall.  Michelle was great about answering all our questions and pin point which partner to submit the application to.
We selected Hometown Exteriors because of their service.  They weren't the cheapest however they were the best quality with a solid warranty to backup the product.  The cheapest competitor clearly didn't have the experience these guys did when it came to the installation and as I learned more, it was worth the very small amount extra to select these guys!
The day of install, they showed up ON TIME which has been my biggest struggle with contractors over the years.  They were professional and courtesy and took steps to minimize the amount of time the room was opened up for the comfort of my family.  They took great pride in the work they were doing.  When they left the room felt like a whole new room.  They told us to anticipate the job to take two days.  They were in and out in one!
The screen on the slider has given me problems so they came back out and looked at it, showed me some tricks, and said if it continues to call them and they can warranty it.  This reaffirmed their commitment to take care of us!
All in all, hands down, five stars for this company.  They're big enough to take care of the customer yet small enough to care about each customer!  Thank you Jerry, Michelle, and team!

The project was done efficiently and professionally. Jeff and Josh were on time, very accommodating, left the area relatively clean, and were cheerful. Dan, the owner, and Jerry, the supervisor, were on top of things and flexible about changes.

Kept us informed of work schedule. Neatness, cleaned up at end of day. Tools locked up in trailer on sight, repairs after install – no change.

From my first contact with Michelle, the company owner, to my consult with Jerry to chose the perfect siding for my house, I knew that this would be a great experience. Jerry was patient as I debated the color choices over several weeks, and even met me on his day off when I decided to add brick to the front. They started the project two weeks earlier than stated and finished early. Eric and Jeff, who installed the siding, were professional, friendly and considerate. Payment is upon completion of the project, which made me feel comfortable with knowing they stood behind their workmanship. I had the Cedar Ridge acrylic siding installed, which has built in insulation and a lifetime warranty that goes with the house. Best investment ever. My house looks great and I am the envy of the neighborhood. Thank you, Hometown Exterior Designs, for a great experience!

Work was done within quoted price and repairs were noted and fixed per their estimate. Work was done and cleanup was carried out by the contractor.

They were very friendly, affordable. They were pleasent and on time, and effecient too. It took 2 days for the sidind and 1 week for the stone work around the the house to be done. They went beyond my expection.

Hometown came and gave me an estimate without any pressure to buy. I decided to go with them because the salesman was polite, not pushy. When they came to install my windows they went right to work, did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves. Michelle called to verify that I was happy with my windows and the installation. I would suggest anyone looking to replace their windows or siding contact Hometown, they offer a quality product at a fair price.

The company salesman came and listened to what we wanted and made suggestions to help us select replacement windows and sliding glass door. He did not use high-pressure sales tactics as so many other window companies had. No heat lamps! Danny (the installer) called and came out a few days later to measure, then several weeks later to install. He arrived when he said he would each time, was polite and pleasant, and didn't leave until the job was completed, several hours later. He cleaned up after himself, but his assistant was a bit sloppy with the caulking. I had to scrape excess off my windows and deck. Several weeks later, I squirted the windows with water, and discovered a leak. I called the company, and Danny came out the next business morning to fix it (It needed more caulking) It is perfect now.
