I have been waiting 7 months for the job to be finished. The dept of Justice has been notified. Digital Connex ignored the request in the contract conditions to conduct a pre-construction walk; this to clarify any questions or issues relating to the project. The crew showed up several hours late and out of gas. They were unfamiliar with towing a trailer and ran over landscaping. They did not excavate the trench to the required depth (24") and tried to get away with putting the conduit at a depth of (4") The crew was entirely ignorant of all Internet company specifications. Foundation, antenna support pole, grounding requirement, coax installation, placement of antenna support mount, etc. They installed a antenna support mount grossly undersized and out of spec. The foundation for the pole was not to spec. The concrete was dry and they just dumped in a bucket of water. They did not make the transition into the house where they were told to and cut the electrical power and alarm system.

The technician did a good job, but after living with the system for a few days I realized one aspect was off, and it needed some additional tuning. I emailed and called the company 4-5 times before I got a call back. They set up one appointment, and then another, where I sat home waiting for a tech who didn't call and never showed up. I scheduled a third appointment when I was assured the tech would arrive between 12 and 2, and would call as the morning went on to give me a more specific arrival time. At 2:15 the tech called to say he was "running late" and would call me at 5:00 to give me an update. I'm still waiting for him to show up. I sure will never use this company again, and can't recommend them to anyone. No matter how skilled their technicians may be, they can't seem to manage the customer service/ punctuality piece successfully.
