Our basement flooded in January 2021. Drainage Master was one of 3 estimates we obtained. Seth inspected the situation and suggested and exterior drainage system The our two estimates we for interior systems with a sump pump. The other two companies would not provide an estimate for and exterior system. Also the estimate did not include the cost to repair damage the installation of an interior system would do to a finished basement. The crew was great the foreman answered all of our questions the job was done on time and in budget. I would highly recommend them.

I had Drainage Masters come out to patch and seal three cracks in our basement and crawlspace foundation that leaked during heavy rain. The crew was on time, super polite, and shockingly efficient. I appreciated their attention to detail as we reviewed the scope of work, and how they ensured I was satisfied and had my questions answered before they left. I also couldn't believe how little dust they left behind; they covered my jam-packed basement in plastic and were very careful when packing up and vacuuming. Great attention to detail throughout! Can't yet confirm whether they officially stopped the leaking, but I feel confident knowing they'll come back to make it right if trouble persists.

First of all, Seth came out when he said he would and looked at everything and within two days had prepared an estimate. He was reassuring that it wouldn't be a horrendous expense or process. Today the guys came out to do the work and they were prompt, friendly and hard-working. They cleaned up after everything was completed. I couldn't ask for anything more! The whole experience was terrific.

The work completed was done a few weeks ago, very efficiently, and I believe quite excellent. Seth and his crew were immediately responsive to any questions regarding preparation, warranties, interventions used, & many other related issues for doing this major work on the house. I rarely ever do any reviews on any sites but when the quality is so Superior, I can't help myself here. I received a handful of quotes, and the detail of this company's quote was excellent. They offered a competitive price, and I felt the house was very well taken care of compared to many other companies. As a single female, I have not always receive the best services, and I really appreciated the ethical and patient Services provided by this company. It's my pleasure to write a positive review here and recommend them highly. It is nice to deal with companies that really want to do right for their customers and value the importance of reputation. I had received a very high bid from M Leon Construction. I called Drainage Masters and they came up with a much simpler solution that cost literally 1/2 as much. Jordan, the estimator, was very smart and communicated clearly. The actual work crew was able to come within 1 month, a fast turnaround these days. The work crew showed up on time and was efficient. I had to double-check the work and point out they didn't complete something that I had gone over with the estimator a month earlier. It would be nice if there was someone from the office going over the bid with me at the end to review and make sure everything was done. They've been very good about follow up, improving the work and fixing any mistakes. I'd hire them again.

Project went great--estimator came out within reasonable time, estimator highly knowledgeable and professional, start job occurred within a reasonable amount of time, crew arrived on time and got right to work, project completed quickly, professionally, and system appears to be working well. I did receive a lower bid, but the timing of having that company perform the work wasn't reasonable for my needs.

I called drainage masters on the recommendation of a friend, as my front downspout appeared to be clogged, but there was nothing in it. DM came out and determined that the dry well (under concrete) was full of gunk. They suggested a new system that would put a new dry well in the front yard, and the problem one did not meet code and was too close to the house. The also said they would try to clear out the one in the back of the house. I was due to be out of town when the work was scheduled and they said that was fine. I was a little worried about it though- I put out a note for the crew that they could and should call me with any questions at all. On the day of the work, I did receive a call from the crew, informing me what was going on, and with some questions of how to proceed with the well in the back. I got home, and everything was ship shape. I did find a couple of items they left behind, I called and they were out to pick it up the next day. I'm really pleased with the work, and after three inches of rain last weekend, they all worked great. I would hire them again.

Drainage Masters re-did the drainage system in our crawlspace. They put in a new system with drainage pipes and gravel plus a sump pump. Added some waterproofing on the cement foundation and replaced the vapor barrier. Very professional crew. Good work. Kept the job site clean and put everything back in place after the work was completed. Would use again.

The installation went ok - I had warned them about buried irrigation, fiber optic, and utility lines. They said if they damaged any irrigation lines they would repair them. After they left, I discovered a large leak in the irrigation line where they had dug the french drain. It had been punctured by their shovels. I also found a broken patio light. They did not tell me about the damage before they left which was very unprofessional. I repaired the irrigation leaks myself and when I called the office and they offered reimburse me for the light. The lighting company is sending me replacement parts free of charge however, it still bothers me that I hire people to do work and end up having to clean up and do additional repairs resulting from their sloppiness. If you hire this company, make sure you thoroughly check-in before during and after the work is complete to make sure the work is done as per specified and that nothing was damaged on your property.

These guys are great. Came out assessed the problem, provided a clear plan. When the time came to do the work, it was during a December cold spell of 15 degrees. When the work was completed, the project manager told me that since it was below freezing they could test the sprinkler system so if I had any issues to call them back when I fire up the sprinklers. Turned on sprinklers in June and had a few issues. They promptly fixed the issue. Great customer service. Thanks Sara and Raubdel, you guys are great!

They broke a couple of my sprinkler heads, which can happen with this type of work. They were nice enough to come back and work for 3 hours fixed the irrigation without charging me. Their cleanup in the end was very excellent. This was my first time using this company, and would recommend them.

Drainage Masters did a great job. We no longer have water under the house in the winter, thanks to the large and talented crew who installed a drainage system, pit, and pump. To protect our garage and floors, they put down plastic sheets first thing in the morning. Along the way we ran into some unexpected situations, and I am impressed at their “we can do this” attitude as they tackled the new speed bumps. While I hope you never have water under your house, if you do, call Drainage Masters.

Their crew showed up on time, was professional, explained everything they were going to do, and clean-up was also impressive. I saw them go to great lengths to do the job well and to do it right (something all to rare these days!) In my experience, the owner completely stands by his work and will answer any questions or concerns. I am very happy with the work and would absolutely work with them again. They are also a local, family run company which also played a part in my decision to hire them (support local business!).

The work was done very thoroughly and with consideration to making sure there would be no issues going forward. Drainage Masters installed a french drain system with two catch basins as well as a sump below that is sunk below the foundation. So far through this wet October, our patio as not had any standing water compared to other years.

The work was less than satisfactory. Starting with when the work crew arrived. They were scheduled to begin work between 7 and 8 am. When no one showed up by 8:30, I called the office and talked with Daylan who could not explain their lateness. She called me back and told me that the crew had talked among themselves and decided to do another job before ours. They gave us no notification of the change and also did not inform Daylan in their office; they finally arrived about 10am without apology or explanation. Whether the work done succeeds in solving the drainage problem spots will not be known until the winter rains begin. The paver path on the french drain does not work at all. Is a trip hazard, largely due to the too large stones used on the french drain, and is difficult to walk on. No one asked us about how we wanted the path to look or work like. We will be hiring another contractor to fix this problem. Seth Kenworthy assured us that assessing the foundation and crawl space for water tightness or damage is a standard part of the work that would be done for us. No one looked at the foundation. I was disappointed that the forman did not communicate with us about the work being done to our back yard.
