It was great working with Brian from beginning to end. When I reached out it was to mostly get a quote which his was the most reasonable. I explained that I had to think about it and told him a timeline of when I would make my decision. He didnâ t bombard with phone calls or messages. He reached out when he anticipated I would have a decision which was helpful because I forgot. He scheduled for the next available and showed up within the time frame he quoted. He was fast and offered other services for me to consider in the future but was not pushy. He cleaned up after himself and made sure I was pleased with the installment before he left. I will definitely use Brian again in the future and highly recommend his services. He was very friendly and personable throughout the entire experience.

I needed a satellite dish mounted and installed on the balcony of my new condo, and these guys made it happen the next day. Price was $105 for first hour and $85 for each additional hour; which was a bit more than providers I've us in the past, but it could just because of new location. Not that big a deal, but I did not like how the service person seemed to talk down to me for equipment & tools I had which came with the dish. Clearly there is a reason I don't have all the high-end equipment & accessories he mentioned; if I did, I probably wouldn't have to request this work to be done. Overall, price & service was fair and job was done well

After Direct TV came to do an HD upgrade of my dish and receivers, they told me they couldn't replace my dish because I had a tile roof (and offered to install it on some kind of ugly mast in my yard instead - no thanks). I had Connex do the dish install and they did a great job. I wish they could get discounts on equipment from DTV, as I would have liked to have them do the full install including receivers, but it would have cost me a couple hundred $ more than just having DTV come and swap out my receivers and DVR.

They called to let me know when they were going to arrive in the morning, were efficient and answered my questions in terms that I could understand. I was pleased with the service and happy to have the project completed.
