I rate them lower on responsiveness and punctuality because I don't see why it takes 7 days to tune up a tractor. I would think 3 days turn around would be plenty if they were more organized in house. i think $80 is alot for pick up and delivery, especially when they combined my pick up with the delivery of my neighbors mower.
