Chuck Stadler Wood Installation

Chuck met with us in our home to go over what we were looking for from the project, measured, and met with us at a design center to select wood. Chuck was very knowledgeable about the different types of wood available for floor installation and explained the advantages and disadvantages both to the different types of wood available and whether or not to have him finish the floor or go pre finished. We found a pre finished floor that we absolutely loved at the design center and have had it installed in our home. Chuck was early for every meeting and took much of the stress out of the whole project! We installed approximately 1000 square feet of floor including the staircase. The project took four days. Everything was covered in plastic prior to the work beginning. The floor we selected has lots of different coloring and graining. Chuck took the time to match the wood vents for HVAC to the flooring and the result is amazing! The completed project looks stunning all throughout the house and the staircase. Details were taken care of throughout the project. The flooring is tight to the bannister, the remaining carpet was restretched and elevation changes between the new floor and areas of old floor were taken care of in ways that add to the beauty of the project. After the project was completed, Chuck's crew cleaned up the mess. The end result is stunning and we absolutely love it! We would highly recommend Chuck to anyone looking to do a floor install!

He was prompt and made sure his workers were here.  He leaves to do quotes but comes back to check on his workers.  We never had any issues with the workers.  He stained the bunk beds and the desk and did a great job.  His rates are very reasonable, especially for the quality of work.  He is very customer oriented in his promptness of getting the work together, sometimes he'll just do things himself to get things rolling.  He is probably one of the nicest guys I've met, he has impressed me that much in the work we have done together.  He is my first call for any project.

Chuck and his crew were very professional and did an excellent job. The floors are beautiful! They installed a sawtooth pattern in the living room, dining room and master bedroom that went the perimeter of the room 1 foot in a vertical bamboo and the field (inner section) was a horizontal bamboo. The floors turned out absolutely wonderful. Since bamboo can vary so much in color and finish. The crew went out of their way to make sure the floor looked great when they were done. They had to re-cut every groove in every board to ensure the floor lay perfectly flat. I can't say enough good about the work that Chuck's crew did. They don't just put in flooring. They're artists! I had Chuck refinish the oak floors in a previous home with a Swedish finish. He did an top rate job on those floors so I decided to use him again. I'm glad I did!!!

WE HAD SERIOUS PROBLEMS WITH SWIRLS, NON-MATCHING FILLER, AND RED STAINS ON AND UNDER THE FINISH. ALSO, THE VENT COVERS DIDN'T, AND STILL DON'T, FIT THE OPENINGS. WHEN THE PROBLEMS WERE BROUGHT TO MR. STADLER'S ATTENTION HIS COMMENT WAS, "I'M NOT EATING THIS", HE THEN TURNED, AND WALKED AWAY NEVER TO BE SEEN AGAIN. ATTEMPTS TO REACH HIM HAVE BEEN FRUITLESS. MEANWHILE, THREE OTHER COMPANIES HAVE TRIED TO FIX THE PROBLEMS.

A VERY BUSY ORGANIZATION AND I HAD SOME DIFFICULTY GETTING THEM TO MY HOME FOR A BID. HOWEVER, ONCE THEY CAME, THEY PERFORMED THE WORK VERY SOON THEREAFTER AND THE END RESULT WAS VERY SATISFACTORY. I HAD A COUPLE OF MINOR FIXES AND THEY WERE DONE IMMEDIATELY. GOOD JOB!!
